I, Dr.nirmaljeet singh arora have two land line connections Viz 01146551591 & 01141664841 my payment plan was for Rs.1050 which included local & std call up to Rs.2000 with 10 Gb @2 MB ps It has come to my notice that this has been changed and when I complained about it on!6/05/2013 at 2.00 pm to Ms.Monica Vide. Ref No.255414184 I was told a call back would be arranged within 4 Hrs of course it did not happen Hello tune on tel no 01141664841 was activated without my request to begin with and on top of that has not been deactivated in-spite of repeated telephonic instructions I have delayed the payment Please resolve the issue at the earliest and get payments adjusted thanking you yours N.S.Arora

I am Col (Retd) M.I.S.Chauhan, presently working as General Manager, Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital,Jaipur.I am owning this connection for the last four year, I have conveying my problem poor communication ever since I have shifted my residence to A-902, 9th Floor, PANORMA, Mahima, Near SRN International School Jagatpura, Jaipur-302017 but there has been no response.

I am holding this connection only because this Mob No is with all my important clients/customers, in other words have been paying the bills for nothing. On 16.05.2013, I received message on my cell phone as follows:- "Your hello tune has been changed to sbop absolutely free for 30 days" After few seconds, another message received as follows:- "Thanks for choosing Hello tune service on your Airtel mobile. You have been charged Rs. 10 for 30 days." Please let me know how you have changed my hello tune without my request and charged Rs.10 for 30 days.
