std rental@Rs 25 per month

I am Mrs Sushil jindal.My mob no. is 9810943924.I have opted for std rental RS 25 PLAN in which my STd calls reduces to 40 paise instead of Rs 1.00/min
its a post paid connection.my complaint is that from my monthly bill its not clear which month this has started and till which month it is valid.it is activated for 3 months onlyand needs to be reactiveted every 3 months by calling at 121.

My suggestion to you is that either it should show up in my monthly bill or I should be reminded by SMS when it is due to finish.
it wastes so much of time of the consumer unneccesarily which is totally avoidable.It should be mention in the monthly bill from such and such date & month to such & such date & month.I hop you consider my point

internet charges

As I rasied a complaint before. my internet charges are high.... alart from ur services have not reached me before cross the limit... I mistakenly used only 100mb... but nearly 1200rs has been charged for my mobile number ... so kindly make a waver for this bill... and moreover without using internet this month I have been charged 1600rs... so please make a clear billing amount fort this month bill for payment.. my no is 8056133379....please mail us with details.... nearly 5 to 6 times I have called ur customer care for this issue.... but still it is not resolved.....

I m a regular customer of airtel. some time ago one of your representative named Ishfaq come to our office phe ground water division srinagar, with a plan same as he gave to MED Srinagar.The plan which he offered us was Rs.99/month with 300min free.We took some sims from him which were activated.But to our surprise there is only 100min free.we tried to call Mr.Ishfaq but he is not picking our phone. our all employee are annoyed with this and gives bad name to ur company.You are as such requested to look into the matter and also take action against Mr Ishfaq for cheating us.

your sales executive (priyanka)airtel office malviya nagar BPO NSB offering me port reliance to air tel (date15.06.15) . i agree and two sales executive MR RAM MOB NO 7509755224 & ANOOP MOB NO 8602003332 take ducument and commited me started my number.i have cleared paid to no due on reliance 02.07.15.but my number not started.I call him they told me you give me again same ducument( ID PHOTO COPY,GUMASTA PHOTO COPY,AND ADD PHOTO COPY),Once again no response and i call back him and back my document but they dined.SO my request my document give me.becouse can have miss used.

We Fence Education Academy Used your 125 GB Plan Internet Service (No:0462-4000732) Since 2012 in the name of Mr.Guna Sekaran.But We Shifted the office From May 29,2015.So We Provide letter for Cancellatiion of Internet Service at Airtel Office,Murugankuruchi,Tirunelveli on May 29,2015 ,,The Cancellation Number is 56143336 and also we informed Toll Free Number.But They Didn't Cancel Our Service.And They also asked us to Pay July Month Service.We inform Airtel Office and Toll Free number also and paid the Amount of Rs:5800.And then Again Airtel Office give 2nd Cancellation number(No:57699272).So Please Refund the Extra Amount Paid By Us.Eagerly waiting for your response.

Thieves from my bank account

Dear sir, I Bidyadhar sahu,dist- mayurbhanj ,state- odisha cheated by a cheater who called me from his mobile phone no- 7379143247 to my mob no- 9937339495 on 14/06/2015 at 7.00 p.m. That cheater introduced himself as a bank official and told that your debit card will be renewe. And asked my card no & pin no. I believed him and given the details he asked. Then he told that i am sending some messages there is some 6 digit number. Then he told me to read these messages to cross check these number. I believed him and read all those messages bearing some o.t.p. number. I had never done any online transaction. So i had no idea abuot o.t.p. number. Then he thieves Rs 24234.50 from my account-Bank of india a/c no- 546310100000639. And transfred Rs 4990.00 to AIRTEL PYMT. The transaction details is -
14/07/15 MEDR/AIRTEL PYMT-/371678/ Rs 4990.00

So i request you to kind enough to me. And kindly transfer the same amount of Rs 4990.00 to the same account (A/C No-546310100000639) from where it was thieves and transfered to your AIRTEL PYMT and i wil be oblige.

reminder of broadband connection safe custody

I'm Ravi Misra and using your internet services (my airtel account no is 7011529369.)
My request is that on 16th of May 2015 I talked to one of your representative regarding safe custody of my internet for a period of 6 to 7 months from the same date i.e.16th May 2015 and I was informed that an amount of Rs. 100/- (+/-) will be charged every month to keep your internet account in safe custody.The bill amount for the period from 26th April to 25th May 2015 has already been paid by me but yesterday I received a bill amounting to Rs. 1252.86 for the period from 26th May to 25th June for which I haven't use the internet as I'm in US since 17th May and had already requested on 16th of May 2015 for activation of safe custody of my internet account.
Now I request you to please check details of my account and rectify the same and issue a fresh bill to me for payment.

post paid bill related

This is VINAY BHAT KHARE, usig airtel no 9810781066,having post paid package.sir my complaint is that i'had paid bill amount of Rs. 929 on 13-07-2015.i did not get any confirmation message till today.i'm every time in the below stated airtel centre.

i strongly protest that in the above stated center i had paid last two month's bill.they did'nt gave any bill.They always take money& gave a negligible answer and did not paid the bill did not gave the hand receipt also.
from last two times they were saying that server is down whenever we approached them after receiving the money.I had paid bill for the month of june on 13-07 2015 before due date.I did not get the confirmation message till now.
HEAD OF THE CENTER is Mr.Rahul Kumar and his AIRTEL EXPRESS ID is 8847. he had received the bill amount of Rs.929 and told that server is down i'll update this within three hours.now he is not responding to our phone call also. i reqest you that just take necessary action on this team.

Just inform me about your action that i'waiting for your responce.

Some times ago someone was calling me from number-8800000365 and talking with me related to my bill and promised to me he gave me the waiver Rs-500 in April cycle bill and Rs-500 in May cycle bill but both of waiver amount is still remaining. So please kindly resolve this issue thus i pay me postpaid bill.

Internet Speed - 9958891492

1. I am using 3G service from last more than one year but from last 1 week I am getting 2G speed. In spite of various calls at 121 till date I am getting 2G speed. Kindly resolve the same.

2. I have opted 999 family plan and added 9971494301 as a secondary number on 19.05.2015 but today I have been informed that there is no number added to my number. I request to resolve my problems or I have to use number portability and switch over to some other service Provider

Fixed line disconnected

kindly help us out, we had fixed land line along with PRI connections and now the PRI lines has been disconnected and we were trying to remove the wires of PRI , but along with this our main landline no. has also been cut off and we are unable to find it , so kindly please come and check out the matter because our main fixed line no. has to deal in many business calls.so please do the needful very soon with in 24 hrs.

Network issue & reversal for Internet charges

I had taken airtel connection last month but I'm facing a probelum because m not getting proper network in Delhi location my airtel no. 9873774880. And I have another issue I got the airtel bill recently I have seen extra charges for net uses but I did not use extra net. Kindly reversal my extra charges than I will pay the bill.
Please take on urgent basis otherwise I will move to other network.
