My data usage details

I am worried about my data is getting leaked out. Earlier I was able to use 3 to 4 gb data per month.
Since two months, my allotted data of 5.5 GB will b finished within two weeks and I have to go for SMARTBYTES every month
Even I have raised this problem with customer care .
They are not able to sort it out. So I hereby request you to furnish me the details of my data usage for the bill cycles of November 2016-december 2016, December 2016-january 2017 & January 2017- February 2017
I am sorry to say this, every month I am getting looted by AIRTEL

commitment not completed

February is my first month of broadband connection.
The sales man commit me that on new connection customer will get 100 GB extra other then your plan for 3 month according to tha same speed of my plan.
day before yesterday my quota has completed & approx half a month is remaining & speed has gone down to from 16 mbps to 512 kbps.
I request you that please provide me 100 GB extra for 3 month with same speed of the plan.

Complaint about billing

Hi I'm Puneeth Jain having a broadband connection no. 08232402217, I requested for disconnection of my broadband from certain reasons for which the 121 excequtive have offered me a plan of stand-buying my bill for 3months without any charges but these time the bill is been raised to 1112 along with the stand-buy charges please help me with these problems..

Wrong Billing charges

Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing to dispute a billing error in the amount of [327.42] on my account. The amount is inaccurate because [Booster Pack Enable without concern]. I am requesting that the error be corrected,
that any finance and other charges related to the disputed amount be credited as well, and that I receive an accurate statement.
Already had a chat with one of your Executives today. And she suggested I write to you to get this sorted as she kept on resenting that you should have called in before 9th to get last month waiver
but how is that possible unless I receive a bill how do I know that something is wrong.

Please investigate this matter and correct the billing error as soon as possible.
