not updated my rechrge amount.

Respected sir,

My name is Rajasekhar . I bought a Airtel data card its SIM no : 89914905040798558225 and mobile no. is 9502024197. I was recharge of the amount 755 at 10.30A.M on 11-07-2013 by Easyrecharge.The message I got is as follows:

But it is not updated till now. This is the second time I am facing same problem.Last time I recharged with 755/- and it was also It not updated.At that time I was call to so many customer care officers but no one solved my problem.I was loss 755/- at that time.Then after I recharge with 255/-RS. for 1 Gb. It was updated successfully. Then after I recharge wirh 755/- it was also successfully updated. Now I am rechrge with 755/- .But now it is not updated.This is the second time Iam facing same problem. my mobile no. is 9160531703.Please connect a callback from telugu customer care officer.Please solve my problem as early as possible.

New airtel data card activation

HI,

I bought a Airtel data card (SIM no : 899140021203179188 ) on 05/07/2013, All verification process got over by 08/07/2013 and the card is suppose to get activated on 09/07/2013. But it is still not activated. im speaking with your system engineers since yesterday more than 10 times (18001030405, the toll free number i used) nobody is giving a proper response on my data card activation. im getting response like now the network is down please cal back after 4 hours. This is worst response from a big mobile network company like you. My mobile number 9894188577 its a airtel number and im using this number for past 8 years. Airtel network is good at the beginning, nowadays it has become very worse. I dono whether this complain on this site works, but if it does kindly look into this.

DISMAL WAY OF WORKING

It is nothing new to be given a run around by CORPORATES of such a stature. Don't know if AIRTEL functions the same in India as in other countries. Such a harrowing experience from AIRTEL! Moreover I wonder if the higher-ups of AIRTEL are going to look at these COMMENTS here in their so-called COMPLAINTS GRIEVANCE FORUM. Looks like this forum is one of those eyewashing tactics of corporates for pacifying their customers. Since we are just CONSUMERS and not CORPORATE CUSTOMERS, it becomes easy for these companies to give us a run around. AIRTEL ,your image is definitely going to be affected by the way you function.
I was never told at the time of applying Airtel Broadband Connection(Receipt number in question TNPA 163227) that it is now being called Fixed Line Services. Naturally, when I got a call from Airtel I told them that I had not opted to get any Fixed Line connection. Subsequently upon MY ENQUIRY, I found out that my request for connection had been cancelled because my contact number was thought to be incorrect.
So RESPONSIBLE is Airtel that it or it's partners(in our case a company called Jaysoft Optim Services Pvt. Ltd., Kellys, Chennai) don't inform their customers when one of their services is rechristened! While taking PAYMENT, it is always a YES YES and when it comes to getting the worth of what we have paid there is always SORRY/UNFORTUNATELY and so on.
A few of the numbers linked to No.101 Bharathi Towers, Santhome High Road, Santhome, Chennai - 600004, don't even work. It is such a SCARY thought to realize that you have been DUPED by a corporate of such a stature.
As on today i.e., 10 July 2013, I have been told that I would be refunded my money(Rs,1500) in the next 21 days. The countdown has begun and if I find that I don't get my money, I will drag the company to the Consumer Court. Wish we also had authorities like Better Business Bureau in India like USA!!

i use this card just 1 month then before i recive my that 1st month bill this no is blocked so now some one call me from airtel from different-different no ans told me i have pending my bill which amount is 2000 thats not my falt and they never ever send me any bill before 1st monthe's bill which is 340rs which i want to pay but im not pay the remaining bill bcoz im not used that card after 1 month when that card blocked so send me 1 month proper bill and stop that all call for me for extra billing plz...

refund of deposit amount of broadband connection
we had given a cheque dated 15.03.13 amount Rs.3925/- of panjab national bank (in favour of Airtel) for broadband connection in our factory addressed Keshav Enterprises H-172 industrial area govindpura Bhopal. We were informed that due to some reasons broadband connection could not be given. We are continuously reminding customer care for refund of cheque they have given us the complaint no. SR-33357148. Till date we have not received any refund of the same. kindly look into the matter and oblige.

Correct Name - Aniket singh
Incorrect Name - Anket singh R

Modification - 1. Need an 'i' in the first name.
2. 'R' need to be removed from the name

About Net Recharge

I recharge Rs. 147 net rechrge 1st time with validity 1 month and 1.2 GB data but My data finish before 1 month than i recharge my account with Rs.125 but my main balance was reduced with Rs.300 And Repeat in next time ..
Please tell me any solution against it As soon As possible that what shopuld i do...
Otherwise I am going in IDEA

shifting

i sukhdev parashar from c-9,mount everest cghs ltd,plot-17,sec-9,dwarka.my fix landline no. is 011-42464426.i have registered a complaint for shifting the service on 22-june 2013.and tilll now nobody has taken any action regarding this.then i re-registered the same complaint on 1 july the complaint no. is 34704750 then they said the problem has been solved but till date nobody has visit tha site.i waited for 3 days and again i re-registered the complaint on 4 july 2013 then they said that we hav complete your request and your problem will be sought out till 8pm on the same still nobody has taken action i again registered a complaint whose no. is 39146134 again i registered a complaint on 7 july whose complaint no. is 35246622.all your workers had lied to us as nobody visit to our site till date so its my last request you to sought out my problem in 48 hours if not then please disconnect my no. i will not goona use your no. further

Dear sir,
I have airtel postpaid connection.i was activate the mobile internet pack 2 months back..and i was deactivate the pack 31-may-2013..but i was receive the bill for airtel internet for jun month..my bill generate date is 3-may-2013 to 3-jun-2013..in this period i didn't use any internet..so please take any action and remove the bill and regenerate the jun bill..

Paper Bill (Hard Copy)

Recently I have changed from Airtel Prepaid to Airtel Postpaid.
I have opted for Paper Bill as I have to submit the bill to my organization for reimbursement.
But even after reminders and confirmations from Airtel, I am not receiving the Paper Bill at my Residence (Regd Address).
I was a very satisfied customer when I was using Airtel Prepaid service, but I am sorry to say that the change from Prepaid to Postpaid has put me to a lot of problems.
Kindly ensure that I receive my Paper Bills at my residence address regularly and promptly.
