BILLING ISSUE

Hello Sir,
I'm Ajith K.G. and I'm an airtel customer with number 9995527555.The plan i am using is KLMNP199.I've activated a 3G net pack of Rs.250 having 1GB net use.It was told that once 1GB use is complete, i'll get informed.But, it didn't happen.I was not informed that my 1 GB use was complete and now there is a billing issue.I'm getting call from airtel that my call will get barred and i have to pay the amount for net use which is not acceptable.I've been an airtel customer for a long time and i never expected this kind of treatment fro Airtel.Please see to this issue at the earliest and solve the issue.

Breach of Promise

Dear Sir/ Madam,



This is very unfortunate that the situation created by 'airtel' has forced me to write this mail. I am with the 'airtel' since 2006 and so happy with the services of the same that I have refused many lucrative offers from the other service providers. But 3 months ago, a call has come from 'airtel' offering a postpaid connection named "my plan-399". The name of the caller was Mr. Arnab Sengupta (Mobile No.:9007333611). After communicating all the features of the plan and assuring I can return to my old plan as & when I wish, It was told that a person will come to my office and will collect the necessary documents and payments. The money receipt was given in the name of S.S.E. Prime Telecom LLP (Channel Partner for Bharti Airtel). After that the service was shifted to postpaid service. But after receiving & continuing with the plan I observed that the commitments & features told to me were not correct and false. Then I tried to contact several times that person, Arnab Sengupta. But he didn't receive the call. Actually I don't have so much time to spare for this type of things. So, after one month, I have gone to the 'Relationship Centre' of airtel. Astonishingly, they told that I have to continue with this plan at for least 3 months and I couldn't be shifted to my older plan because that has obsoleted!!!



This kind of breach of promise is highly unexpected from the professional organization like you. The reputation & service of yours is very well known and It was also admired by me from last 8 years. That's why I have not cross checked the offers and fully rest my faith on "airtel". I still believe that it has not been done by your organization but by the casual attitude towards the customer. Please be informed that "Customer Dealing" is a specialized job and cannot be given or offloaded to other third graded organizations or personnel. In long run it costs much.

I reside at Anushakti Nagar it has become very difficult to contact any body by my airtel no.I request you to look into this.
If the problem continues then I would have no other option than shifting to any other network.

Extra charges on unused datapack

Sir,My no. is 9676983636.It is a postpaid plan.I was charged Rs.300 for data pack(net).But I never used it,since I have wifi at home.I didn't even open it once.It is really unfair to charge me 300 even though I didn't use it.Kindly solve this problem.i called to the airtel call center...they said me to post a complaint over here....and I would be getting a reward charge or something.This is not the first...last month also this has repeated.pls kindly solve this problem.expecting reply as soon as possible...!!!

Validity of 3G Plan

I activated the 3G Plan for 300 MB valid for 21 days for Rs 99 on 13th Septmeber.
But it shows validity only till 26th Sepvtember.

It should be valid for 21 days.

Disconnected broadband

few months ago I applied to disconnected my broadband connection of pH.# - 01169636336, and a/c # - 701177110. after paying all my dues but after that I still keep getting monthly bills for same connection. I had already complaint regarding such, but never got any kind of replies from your side. I am now frustrated with keep getting calls for such bills.

better get this thing straight before i loos my cool and escalate this issue to consumer forum.

non activation of 4g internet plan

I had purchased Airtel router on 6th sept and
the activation of the same is still pending on account of some non sense demo.status is verification pending since days.am sick of such a bad service.and regret having chosen AIRTEL..the Sim no provided to us is 8585865691.kindly look into the matter asap.or else I will switch over to some better service providers,there is no dearth of them. Regretting big time to b a part of Airtel.
