regarding wrong bill charges

mera no. 9814765525 hai miane teacher plan liya tha jiska rent 125 tha .par december 2013 se may 2014 tak mere no. pe monthly charge har mahine increase ho kar aa rahe hai .iske regarding maine compliant register karvai hui hai..mere no. pe jo wrong charges lage hai kirpya dec.2013 se may 2014 tak muje discount de kar actual bill beja jaye .apke executive se continue meri baat hoti rahti hai par abhi tak iska koi solution nahi hua hai.mera bill 125 monthly charges ke saath hi beja jaye .aur mera no .jaldi se active kiya jaye

network conection problem

when i connect dongle its not connect its not show network i alredy complaint 5 times but they will complent not registerd up to 5 day i cont use this your connection how can i rsolved this problem and how can i pay the 5days payment please solve my network connection problem and cut 5 days bill amount

Airtel Digital TV

I have a Airtel Digital TV(normal) connection since long back.when I have purchased LED TV another HD connection was obtained with same ID 3001890203 .In the month of Dec'13 or Jan'2014 I have requested on Toll Free number that I no more require normal DTH connection.In response to my request on 14.01.2014 one AIRTEL executive called me & suggested that as a special case you may keep your Normal connection in safe custody for SIX MONTHS and after my consent she has activated the same for SIX Months i.e. from 14.01.2014 to 14.07.2014 and also received a message"Your reference no.is 35619005. For any further assistance on your AT digital TV -3001890203-Please call 12150 or 18001028080.
Till 14th Jan to till now I have received so many calls for restart off Normal DTH services.Few days back I have connected on toll free no. & request the executive on other side for resume the services of NORMAL Connection.He assured me that your services will be resume in a day or two.
Today I have received a call from your INDORE (MP) Office from Mob.no.+917024111362 ( by Mr. Rohit )at 03.48 pm & informed me that your connection has been disconnected as you are not recharge from since long back whereas please check your SMS received from AD-AIRDTM at 04.09 pm on 17.05.2014 that -"Your digital TV ID 3001890203 is recharged for Rs.250/- Bal.Rs.258.23. Next recharge 19th June 2014 .In this connection when I want to clear my status he arrogantly refuse to hear me.when I asked him to transfer my call to Sr.Executive, he refuse to consider me & said "ME HI SENIOR HOON .then I tell him that I will inform your seniors through Email ,His reply was "JISSE CHAHO KARDO"
Sir. I am very much disappointed with the attitude of that executive& required favor from AIRTEL or Bharti Airtel in this regard because in my family Mobile( 5 connections) ,Landline & DTH all from Airtel.If my complaint not redressed than it is difficult to us to continue all these services in future.

Air tel company has Changed myplan without getting My consent

I am using Airtel for the past 3 years.My mobile no is 9944992927.,n the name Padmapriya. currently i am using 199 plan.The plan name is mega saver 199.I am very comfortable with this plan.To my surprise i received a bill showing plan migration .my bill has exceeding Rs.700 to my astonishment.I am very much surprised in plan migration without my consent.Hence please reverse this plan back to MEGA SAVER 199. WITH effect from unauthorized plan migration.Kindly reverse this immediately.and confirm this over my mobile within 12 hours.

incomplete information

i had received a call 41297474 about my interest in airtel postpaid plan. spoke to srikanth about it. as i was also interested in airtel broadband and dongle he transferred the call to a broadband executive rupali , i asked her about the plans she confirmed my address and kept my call on hold... she asked me about my usages , as i was not aware about my exact usages i said i'm not aware of my usage she told me that i will get a call within 4 hours about some feasibility when i again asked "what about the plans" she closed the call... i didn't got information about dongles as well. if your telephone executive aren't aware about the plan they should atleast guide the customer online... .kindly look into this matter.... kindly arrange for a executive who would explain me the braodband and dongle plans....

activation of my broadband

I am sunita and my airtel no.01145669588 and its outgoing has been stopped due to non payment rs 959. as i already complaint about this invalid bill on 6th may 2014 but no action is taken against this complaint. now i request you to reactivate my broadband as soon as possible and also reduce this amount rs 959.otherwise i will go to consumer court.

on 20th may i cancelled my billing plan.....but even after that i have received a bill of rs.435 for data usage which i have not used aftr cancellation
i have already cleared my previous bill by paying rs.265

Concern with Bill Amount when Account Barred

Hi this is G.P.Thamizhenthi. I am using Airtel 3G broadband dongle of no 9566280449.
My plan is 6GB 3G Rs 955 per month Postpaid.
It is registered in the name of my brother G.P.Thamizhvel.

My brother left to Canada 3 months ago and there was an outstanding
bill amount of Rs 955. Since the bill amount was not paid, my account
was barred from the start of May this year. I checked last month from
my dongle, the bill amount was Rs 955, but when I inquired the airtel
office now to revive the account, the bill is Rs 3350.

I am willing to continue using Airtel broadband service,
but not willing to pay when my quota of 6GB was not at all provided to
me(Barred) for the last 2 months.

Please do the needful and help me continue Airtel Broadband Service.
