adding hd channel without demand

My dth a/c no is 3007481153 ,i recharge my a/c for 6 months. I never demand any h.d channel, though airtel providing some channel
and charging for it. I come to know this fact when my a/c balance is reducing. It is not excepted ,
whatever amount charged to my a/c for h d channel which i never demand / enjoyed must be credit to my a/c @ pl.inform me what action taken on it.

poor connection

sir/mam,
my plan cycle is of 8gb , so speed of 256kbps must come.
instead, the led light on router is continously blinking,
i have to fill forms but i am nt be able to do so because of poor connection.
very dissapointed with airtel broadband sevices...this is happening from a long time now and i am thinking of switching to mtnl!!

NO ACTION TAKEN

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been using Airtel broadband since the last 2-3 years. I had problems with internet few times but that used to be rectified with good response. I have not had problems with my fixed line except one time when the line was dead. This month I am facing severe issues with broadband and fixed line. I have not been able to call the customer care from my fixed line and I have addressed this issue a several times and no actions taken. I used to get calls from Airtel customer saying that the issue is getting rectified, and last week one guy from airtel called and said that the issue is resolved, and have not even asked me to check it out, when the issue still remains the same. I am facing severe issues with my internet too. It gets disconnected often, and I am unable to work from home because of this issue.

I am working from home employee. I can't work from home if the internet get disconnected very often.

Kindly solve the issue or let me know if you are not able to fix the problem. I cant pay for the internet service without getting proper service from you.

Non-Receipt of text content

I have registered this morning on the income tax return site : https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ ; In order to complete the process of registration, I need to provide a PIN which is supposed to be sent to my number ( 9845475838 ). Unfortunately, even though I have received the message from : DM-ITDEFL at 10:45am, it does not contain any content. It is a text message which has to contain my pin, but it only says : "Message Downloaded". I am in dire need of the text content, as the registration has to be done urgently.

I request you to look into the problem and at least resend the same text message with the content that I require(the PIN number) immediately.

excess bill amount

Dear sir,
I am using post paid airtel dongle data card No.9952976841 which is unlimited plan offered for me (plan value Rs.955) but I received bill amount Rs.1247 for the month of 12-sep-2014. Why I want pay this amount, from starting onwards I am facing this kind of issues. I got first month free subscriptions when I was purchased dongle but your people are charged for the first month also, i am very disappointed to your service like this. Kindly advice them to revise my bill amount Plan which is offered for me (Rs.955). If it is not possible kindly terminate the service of the connection for the dongle No.9952976841. Kindly take action as soon as possible.

Problem is that iam using Airtel CUG plan of Rs.199/month in which my CUG numbers are free of cost, local airtel to airtel call rate is 10 paisa/minute, local call rate on others is 20 paisa/ minute and 30 paisa/minute of STD also getting 400 local SMS free and 600 minute call free on local numbers which has been stopped without any information and confirmation from me which results in excess bill amount, so it's an request to continue my CUG Plan of Rs.199/month and all the facilities in it as mentioned above so that i can continue my airtel postpaid connection.
