non co operative staff

i am porting in to Airtel and i have been visiting the Airtel gallery in Vile Parle for the past three days but the staff there is not co operating at all !i need a prepaid sim .plz help me?

delay of postpaid sim activation

I had received the airtel postpaid sim 7 days back...
Yesterday i got message from airtel...i.e the adress verification has been complited.new sim activate this night...
Still i didnt got any msg or call from airtel.my postpaid connection is not activated.

We are pleased to inform you that we have a problem with our last Airtel fix line bill.we have a limit of 820 rupees in billing plan and we received our bills near by 820 rupees since last year but this month of bill which we received on 02 Nov'2013 the amt of bill is 2075rupees.

Request you to please advice us the correct billing amt before the due date of bill.

network problem

From last october 2012 i am in the of network i have complained so many times thru phone, by person, to customer care, but Airtel is not taken an action and this people are not giving correct reason also.They are saying there problem as a customer i dont need that type of fake stories because i can say better than them. Rest of the people giving the signal why they cant.so clear my problem as soon as possible. My number is 98958582220.

i m chandrakant patil the user of ur airtel company from the starting sir the problem has came about the addon no.
sir we have not taken the addon no. but the bill of tat no has came in our bill but we have not even know that we have taken
the addon card becoz sir no one is there who uses airtel without me
and sir in early bills the amout of payig is constant so plz kindly conform that no and plz tell us

charging when not cantacted any one

My moble no. is 9840310482. On 6.11,13, I have not contacted anybody. But amount is deducted for three to four times. I contacted the dealer. He ringed to 198 and got a reply stating that no deduction is made. when I checked @ *123# the deducted amount after deduction alone is displayed. Then I recharged for rs 230/-at 8.21pm . Today also i have not contacted any one till 2,50pm. But a sum of 90/ has been deducted which is giving a shock to me. I am ashamed of such deduction in a reputated company. I,therefore want the details of incoming and outgoing calls and amount deducted so far from 1st October to till date so as enable to take further action for such irresponsible attitude

Activatin delay

Dear Team,

Believing in No.1 operator in the country , opted for postpaid connection 10 days ago, address & telephonic verification for activation is completed by yesterday morning...till now unable to make outgoing call,,,when contacted customer care...one standard answer try after 4 hrs...this i was doing for every 4 hrs...again when i contacted customer care, this time answer is technical issue...

Airtel improve your customer service to be No.1 operator in country...resolve issue .

Billing process

I received my bill today morning, where as the due date to pay the bill is tomorrow. And when I called Customer care they said that bill was delivered on 31st of October. I just want to know how does that 31st Oct is updated as delivered date. Which is not true. I hope you will solve my issue and reply for my mail.

new airtel mobile connection

i had taken a connection of airtel mobile from promotion counter at yenepoya medical college , and now regretting for getting one, i had a little problem with my postal address for which the person incharge asked me to submit few document and then gave me a connection,as my new phone had a provinice for micro sim i had gone to a mobile showroom and the person cut the sim in a wrong direction, i contacted the airtel showroom and spoke to them and got a reply that i should be contacting the person who gave me the connection and the worst part is that i had not called the confirmation no after getting the sim. The person who i had contacted assured me get a new sim but after a week of wait i some how adjusted the cut sim with the remaining sim using another mobile confirmed my activation, then i went to the airtel showroom and as i had told u about my address the person i spoke asked for my proof and document, i again contacted the person who had given the connection and he giving false hope that he will get the sim or saying he is busy with his personeal work or not picking the phone, finally i sent an sms to him requesting him to cancel my connection and was no response from his side and now my mobile bill comes of Rs 84 and change ,generated on 22 nd october, i again called him for which he responded for the !st time telling he will do the needful, then as usual not responding the person is mr Rajesh no 9731601010 ,pls do the needful,my mobile no9741659232 Dr N A Mohammed

wrong information from sales person

Hi my name is santosh kumar i am a new user for your Airtel postpaid connection and my number is 9840661894. And bill plane name is Corporate SS 349 CUG .When i apply for your connection that time your sale person info me that 15000 min is free any network (local and STD).But when i inquired from your help line then info me that in Plane only local is not in STD .
Why your sales person gave me wrong info . Pls do some things .

9958765535, complaint regarding mobile no. deactivation

Dear Sir/ Madam,

one of your executive from Airtel Broadwin Located at Peeragarhi
paschim enclave 2nd floor building no.10 has approached me for
conversion of my prepaid connection to post paid connection on 09 OCT,
2013 and on 10 OCT, 2013 has collected the required documents
alongwith the charges of Rs. 250/- (to be adjusted in the prospective
bill) from me for the said purpose. The executive has assured me that
the whole process will take 2-3 days only. However since then 20 days
have passed, and on 31 Oct, 2013 I have received the message from
Airtel that my request is in process and therefore my no. will remain
deactivated for a day i.e. till midnight of 31/10/2013. But till now
my no. is in deactivate state. i have reported the problem to the said
service centre but have not got any positive response.

So, kindly resolve the problem, process my request and activate my no.
asap. Also i would request you to take strict action against the said
DSA for false commitments.

Dear concerned manager,
Myself P.Sreenivas kumar having mobile no 9866638581,as sreers.airtel people made a call and given details for post paid connection in April,2013. but we are interested in only about group plans for our family members, as the given information was given that the CUG plans for only companies not for individuals and they suggested let go for friend and family group.as they had given instructions we taken for these 7no's for your ready reference ( 9866638581-Rs 249-00/-, 9949792304-Rs 149-00/-, 9949741074-Rs 149-00/-, 9866638581-RS149-00/-, 9948899590- Rs 149-00/-, 8008119909-Rs-149-00/-, 99081719909-Rs 149-00/- ) .
as we check the bills suggests that all no's are not getting the given plan,thats why we had complained to your 121 staff after so many complaints ( and given problem rectification date on 5th August 2013 ). given response for the complaint no 52073283 dated 03.08.2013 by Baby ,as they called by the no : 9652919222 today and given the information that the Friend&Family group must be a maximum of 5 no's not to exceed.

how the Airtel people giving the lapse information to the customers "I had mention that we are happy with our pre paid connection and if may have got any kind of group facility then only we will get in to post paid , As Premalatha named lady called with a no - 9704678874,now Laksmi named lady is using the same no of sreers.airtel.then she gave me a suggestion for F&F plan .
Now we want the plan will have to be for all of our individualls ,other wise what the Response from your Network ,we want the solution are feed back no's mail to sreenivaskumar.padala@gmail.com.
For this how many days you may take please reply with the solution.
it was the complaint given on 5.08.2013 but even upto date we had not received about any kind of action taken by you and what is the response you taken about our request please give the status , this is not fair of your complaint system . what is the meaning of a complaint in your system a customer is not satisfying about your system .

Reference to the subject request, it is really disgusting that my complain has been closed without initiation of any kind of action.
Hence it is re-requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve.As discussed on telephone number of times regarding change of landline existing number with new better number, has not been actioned so far.Inspite of that representation from the staff was disgusting. Your urgent intervention is imminent even otherwise it will lead to disconnection of the existing connection. Balance and data deduction

this is to be note that my mobile no. 9971709635, using 3G data.
it's unfortunate that I am using Airtel connection. When I was checked my last balance last night it was 379/- and mobile data around 400MB, but at the morning i found my balance 3/- and 0MB data, that means my all balance around 376/- and 400MB deducted last night, although i didn't use my mobile phone. it was closed. when i called 121 my Aman replied me when i was not satisfaction with his answer my call was transfered to Ms. Ritu. then she answered me that all the balance and data deducted due to its use, when I asked her about the detail of use she refused saying we have no details about that.
so i request to plz reply my mail and tell me if it is possible to surf the mail after the closing the phone, if not then where is my balance and data.
