This msg i will be recieved..bt i hvnt any request fr this..
So i hope my serviece us deactivated very soon nd take action immidiately for this service.

data balance deduction

I recharged on my aircel no 8013528959 1GB 3G data of Rs 116 and got a balance of 500mb...i used up all my data and no more data has been credited to my account... Tried to call the toll free numbers as well as the complaint forum but not able to connect...very disappointed with this...i will either be forced to port my aircel number or cut my connection to this fraud company...

Balance deduction

I'am using aircel connection for last 3 yrs.but one problem i am facing many time, that they often deduct my main account balance.and whenever i am calling to the customer care representatives they are saying that information was not updated, system error etc. And they never refund my balance. Infact,yesterday they deduct Rs- 35 from my main account balance.i've called up thrice, and they are answering the same. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Deta balance deducted

On 17/03/2016 i had 1403 mb data on my account i.e mobile no- 9830788463 but on 18/03/2016 i have only 1280 mb left.When i called customer care they are saying call after 2 hours and thereafter 6 hours they are saying no balance has been deducted.I want my 123 mb deta back.

My balance has been deducted from my aircel number 7278234590 i didnt have any vas subscribed i just sent an sms to a local number and then my balance showed zero. From 481.70 it showed zero please refund it i need this balance very much please

3g Speed very poor

I am using aircel 3g connection. Suddenly it stops data reduction and gave a high speed service. I dont know how it started. But suddenly last night aircel sent me 2 sms in which they told me you have used 100% data consumtion. After that still I have 894 mb data but speed is very very poor. I am very much upset about the service. How this happened I dont know. But this is irritating.If I dont get any solution then I will shift to Airtel or Reliance 3g.
