i am ashish from varanasi UP.i have purchase airtel 3G platitum sim 2 days back but my sim is not activated till now. very poor service by airtel. plezz activate it

Airtel network and mobile internet (2g,3g) issue

I had been using Vodafone since a long time, when i was offered a nice 4g plan by Airtel. on switching to Airtel network i realised i made the biggest mistake - i realized this the minute i started using the network and neither could people hear me clearly nor could i use the internet. In most cases it just said CONNECTING and took ages for the same to happen.I was promised 4g, but forget 4g i could not even use 3g and in most cases not even 2g because it always just kept CONNECTING. Vodafone was anyday better and i still regret my decision. The downside of the portability scheme is that i cannot switch for a period of 3 months.

If something could be done in this regard by Airtel, it would be highly appreciated.

The enthusiasm with which they keep asking for BILL PAYMENTS to be made, should be the same enthusiasm they should show to address the issues faced by consumers.

no 3G connection

I have activated 3G on my no. 9570084640 on 06/01/2016 but still it's 2G while my mobile is 3G compatible and also I have received settings.

3G Network not connected

I have 3G connection from Airtel for my mobile No8056188026and my due date of renewal 12th January 2016.I have about 165 Mb
balance of data available.I have switched off he mobile data for four datysfrom mobile data. since I never wanted to use the data during that period.When I wanted to use the data urgently form outside It does not get connected despite my repeated attempts.
Even after several hours of it does not get connected.When tried to contact 121 customer care they have system to for their sales
only but No complaint service in customer care.Hence I have to report .to yourself for redresses of my problem.Since my service is only upto 12th January for the period not available days may be extended with service immediately.

3G Network not connected

I have a 3G network connection of Airtel for my mobile No 8056188026.My due date for recharge is only 12th January 2016.I have switched off the Mobile data connection for couple of days since I have 165 MB only in balance.when I wanted to switch on back to mobile data it does not not get connected .despite of my repeated attempts.I have tried to contact 121 service where I get all other than the complaints.Since I have sufficient balance in my network connection and the due date for renewal is also 12th January 2016 only
Kindly arrange to restore the service immediately or other wise extend the due date till date service not provided by Airtel.

Poor 3G services by Vodafone

Sir madam
This is to inform you that 3 g services problem have become worst nowadays in our area. The problem is either I have to switch off/on very often or have to put my phone on flight mode wait for a while and then disable flight mode. Even then 3G works for a temporary period of time. Kindly solve my problem .otherwise I have to port to some other services

Too Bad 3G Network in Kolkata Newtown and Airport Area

Too bad internet network in Kolkata Newtown and Airport Area. Previously latching onto Vodafone network was allowed which provided better connectivity. But after the latching has been stopped the network has become pathetic. Thinking about moving to Vodafone. Local airtel people act as if they dont know about the bad network, even though they also face same issues. Pathetic Hypocrites...

Airtel 3G service is the worst but they swindle money

I am an Airtel customer from many years. I regularly purchase 1gb 3G data for 28 days I was keeping money in Airtel money and rooting all payments through this account. From one year their 3G service has become a swindling machine. I opted for porting to a different service provider. I got a call from Airtel promised that service will be taken care of. But buying 3G we do not even get 2g. With difficulty I get 10 kbps speed. With one Google search and trying to load a web page which did not load, I get a message that I have used 3.25 Gb. With one tablet name search and reference ir shows 6.8 Gb usage. I came from Bangalore yesterday, I see that all villages have 4G on all Airtel boards. They are publicizing 4G so much their girl is everywhere asking everyone to buy 4G. "If you have a smart phone buy 4g". They are swindling money from everyone. I feel sorry for our country where colonies can do anything and get away with it. Their sales personal came to our village and sold lots of 4G connections. No one is getting service. I am surprised that people are not claiming for damages from this company. I am surprised that Airtel does not have shame nor prestige. I feel ashamed that I am living in a corrupt country.

Bad response from customer care and its a fraudulent network

I got a msg from airtel like "10 airtel minutes and 50mb 2g/3g data have been credited your number for 2 days". Also got another msg next day like "due to rain 10airtel to airtel mins and 50 mb 2g/3g data free for 2days" nu. I trusted dat msg and also used data only 2mins. Aft dat I switched off ma data but my Acc bal has been deduced. They take 19rps something in ma bal. I called to customer care. Mr.Raj told me that he will refund ma money within 4hrs but I didn't get ma money back. Agn I called to customer care. I forget ask dat girl name. She harshly told me dat they will not refund ma money and also will giv offer only if I get 30rps talk time as loan nu but I didn't get msg like dat. I have dat complaint num with those two offer msg's but what's d use??? Previously I lost my bal like dis. I used this airtel network bec of ma frndz and family all had only airtel. Aft I was cheated I suggest ma fam and frndz to change the network. Its not a fake one. I affected badly. My no is 9500197304.....

no reception

my no is 9815941157. i have changed my sim twice, and i have been calling 121 from past 2 month i am being assured it would be resolved and still the same, even worse earlier only the internet use to go off but now i get the message no reception. i have to manually change to gsm only and then 3g mode.

poor Airtel 3G signal at my home.

In my area there is no network ,there is no 3g but 2g network to weak
internet and almost half the calls are dropped.
I have been raising several complaints about the poor 3G connectivity ..But there is no response. Airtel has not yet turned up to solve this issue.

3g network in my airtel prepaid mobile

I have so far for my airtel mumbai recharged for 3g for my mobile 9969165604 three times. My mobile is not yet activated till today, though messages came as activated. The BPO does not have the option of speaking to the customer care executive. My earlier compliant was replied as action taken to my satisfaction. I fell totally cheated by the airtel network. Now I regret to change my network to airtel. I have the mails and sms sent by the Airtel.

Pathetic Internet Service of Airtel since 4G is launched 3G is not at all working

Airtel is most pathetic service provide in terms of internet these days. I have called customer care many times but no response received yet. I noticed that soon after 4G launch they started to provide pathetic speed of 3G. I am pissed of with their irresponsible attitude & will recommend not to use services of Airtel for internet. Also, for calls since most of the times call drops.

Worst 3G speed ever experienced

Airtel 3G services - the worst 3G speed i have ever experienced that to in Bangalore. When internet is getting used through main talk time balance with same poor speed it will drain out the talk time balance like anything . Instead of spending money on Ads in the national channels and you tube why can't you spend the same money to improve the services.

In continuation my view posted above on 13.102015, I made lot of effort almost daily to awaken the airtel service executives and Nodal officer Rajasthan, but ultimately I recognised that due to limited players in India and chalta hai attitude airtel people donot bother as in prepaid connection they receive money in advance then why to bother for the customer.
When talking to call centers at 198, these personnel divert the call to sr. executive, he again diverts to his senior executive and the chain goes so on, without any solution; when insisting for service complaints they try to avoid and if by chance one of the executive writes the complaint he doesnt want to give complaint no. and if by very much insistence they give they ask to verify the status after three days. On the net system when you want to know the status of complaint no. it is not recognised.
When talking to Nodal Officer rajasthan at Jaipur they also give assurance to look into.
Now Nodal officer also tells that "we cant provide you service better than this" ( current download speed in day business hour 0- 5/ sometime jumping at 20 KBPS) and when asked for 3 G bench mark they claim 3-5 MBPS.
It is simply cheating to a customer by a company claiming 3 G Speed at 3-MBPS and Providing 0- 5 KBPS average .
This is India-how a company can grab money without providing service to 1/100 th level of their benchmark in ajmer city at a distance of 1.5 KM from the collectorate. And the ambitions are to provide 4G service in INDIA.
When The central Ministry is helpless, certainly be assured never these companies e.g. BSNL /Airtel will bother to improve.
God Help PM's to make Ajmer a Smart city???

Worst Network

I am using Airtel connection from last 10 years but never experienced such pathetic call drops and Network Issue.From last few days its service has gone worst.Seems like Airtel is the worst network operator compared to others.I am planning to PORT my no.
