fraud in hardware
I have send this letter to airtel but they are trying to manupalte the things.
Dear CEO Airtel.
This is with reference to my multi tv connection which I brought on 25th
march, I have faced many problems and I am also under impression that the 2nd
connecting is the repaired one system with under grade hardware.
I wish you to look in the matter immediately.
The evidence clearly shows that airtel is cheating people by
talking the advantage of the 31st march digitalization deadline by
providing
them old /repaired hardware I request to refund my money as early
as possible for both the recorder.
I have placed the order to your crevice center /distributer at
Nasik and system been delivered to me .I was shocked to see that the remote
control in the box was ¿used one ¿having all the traces of the rough
handling and scratch mark. I immediately brought into the notice of the
engineer ,he admitted the fact but not able to answer me at all. Also the
system he brought not able to take the first installation signal. I refuse to
take the delivery . After some time he brought one more
system .I found the system is working but not able to conform the exact GB
capacity of the hard disk through software ( In this case also the engineer
not able to answer me properly.) he was referring to me for the written
mark on the system .But if you can place used remote control in the new
pack why not the under capacity hard disk ??( This mean the 320 GB instead
of 500 GB.). Also the remote control along with
the system is not catching the universal remote function that means not
tuning along with the my LG LCD TV.
I already send two email on digitaltv@inairtel.in ,but there is no reply except
auto generated reply. I request to refund my money as I found the your
cervices is not upto mark.
Kindly refund the money for my both the hardware.

Not able to remove chhota packs from current subscription
Sir,
My customer No is 3007184790
I am trying to remove some of the channels that I do not want now from my package. However it is showing " Sorry, could not delete due to technical problem, do later". This technical problem seems to be continued from several months now. When can I expect to see your technical problem resolved so that I can make the changes that I wish.
Can you help me to delete the channels given below before I do my recharge.
ZEEBUSINESS- 286, NDTV PROFIT-305, ZEE-102, SETMAX-160, E TV MARATHI-551, STAR GOLD-162, NEWS24-282, NDTV24X7-301, STAR ONE- , STAR WORLD HD-150, COLORS-108.
Fianlly my TV is now out of air since I did not get any support from you neither from your local representative in Ghodbunder Road at Thane(w). Whenever I tried to call in his office, he was prompt enough to disconnect the call. What kind of people you have deputed as your representatives who only tarnish your image?

false promise of cash back on recharge
I had received a phone call from airtel digital tv,that if you recharge with either 310, 410 or 510 you are entitled to get a cash back of 15% of the recharge amount. This amount would be credited within 48 hrs of recharge in your account.
I made a onlline recharge payment of 510 on 25th of November 2012. And when I checked on 27thNovemeber only 30Rs were credited as cashback in my account.
So I called up the customer care centre and enquired about the same to which the executive replies that the scheme was the same that 30Rs will be credited to my account.
I told the person that I had got a phone call from your side and also the messages used to flash on my TV about the same scheme to which they replied that before recharge you should cross check with customer care whether the scheme is still going.
I also talked to the escalation department but in vain.
This is a cheating and so many people like me would have been cheated.
Something needs to be done urgently

COMPLAINT NOT SOLVED
Sir/Madam,
This is with regards to Airtl Dth .Its been 22 days and i am still waiting for response .
On 2nd November 2012 at 7.10 pm , I had registered a complaint for No Video against my a/c no 3010013557 and my Ref no was 25698105 . Again i had registered a complaint on 5th November 2012 for delay in resolution for which Ref no was 25788263 . Again registered a complaint for the third time for same problem on 7th Nov 2012 having Ref no 25832341 . its very sad still my problem is not rectified .
Fed up withpathetic , poor , disgusting service i asked to disconnect my service with AIRTEL DTH ref no 25862459 on 08th Nov 2012 . still as on date i have not got a single response from your side . I have called 1000 times to customer care relating my problem but it was of no use .
Please do the needful and solve my problem .

Hi,
I am Amit and my Airtel DTH customer id is 3009321349.......Reg Mobile No: 8082283058
I made the payment on 4th Nov 2011 around 1.00 pm through cash (executive), on the same day in evening around 5.00 pm i got a message from Airtel DTH that my installation will be done on 5th nov around 10.00 am...
On 5th Nov as usual no one shows up, I called Airtel customer service around 5.00 pm in the afternoon and was said that i'll have to wait for 48 hours after the payment...
I called up again on 6th nov and nobody is ready to take this problem and all of them tried to disconnect the call, One of the executive (trimurti) was trying to be rude and later he also disconnected.
All this time my temper was very calm taking to the customer service.
Now on 7th Nov i called up again and (bharti) executive took a complaint and now she says i'll have to wait for another 24 hours to get this complaint resolved..
What kind of Customer Service is this.?
They called me again and again during the time of the payment...once i made the payment nobody is bothered about the installation....

Fraud by Airtel DTH
I am an Airtel DTH customer, subscribed with an HD set-top-box. Trouble started 6 months back, when the set-top-box stopped functioning. Since then I have called Airtel customer care centre about 300 times, registered numerous complaints, but still no resolution. I have paid in advance for the year, so my payments go on auto decrement, despite me not availing of any service. My apartment complex is wired by Airtel & I am unable to switch the operator.
I have just started a door-to-door campaign against this fraud company, and I am not surprised that there are many like me who have been suffering in silence.
Pls do share with me if there are any redressal forums available for general public against such blatant abuse.
