Facing an issue With an Airtel Dth connection.
Hi,
We had faced an issue with airtel Dth setup box replacement. We have raised a request for the replacement on 9th June 2012. They did not care to resolve our issue, instead we used to get messages informing our issue got resolved. We even spoke to the senior nodal officer of airtel but there was no use. It's been more than 2 weeks we were in contact with them they did bother to resolve the issue. Please take necessary action against these social irresponsible and looting people who'd not dare to take any responsibility of their service but require money from the customers.

No signal-error code boo1
Respected Sir/Madam,
I have always had worst experiences with the Airtel digital Tv customer support. Whenever i called your support line the representatives either hang up or lie over the phone, and try to get rid of the customers over the phone. I cant blame all, some people do work good, but i found them rarely, after calling 2-3 times on your support line. The last incident was worst, where in i was having issues with my Airtel remote. I called the support for first time to register complaint for this issue, i spoke to your representative, he said me that he registered the complaint, and someone will visit my house in 48 hrs, but after no one came in, i called again, to just find out that the complaint was never registered, and the representative had mentioned in the notes, that i hung up.
However the second representative was helpful, and he registered the complaint, but the delay in service is completely not acceptable. I Don't even feel like calling them now, God knows, what new they will do, when i even think of calling them again? As of now, i am not able to get any signal on our Airtel digital tv, its giving me error "No signal", with error code:-B001. I started facing this issue since yesterday, and i am literally afraid to call your customer service now, after having such worst experiences, every time i called you in past. Hope my concerns are heard over the net at least, and someone responds to it. And not only respond, i hope that someone actually works on it, and get it resolved ASAP!!!!

Non receiving of picture
I am an Airtel DTH customer since a long time. My airtel digital TV
Cust ID is 3000836492. My problem was non receiving of picture.
Whenever we start the tv system take time to start 1.30 hours or more.
In this connection we lodge a compliant to airtel dth cust care
on 24/04/2012 (cust request no-18036233) regarding this a service
engineer visited to my house. He changed the receiver of signal and
charged Rs.250/-(without cash reeving receipt) but problem still continue. (service engineer could not ascertain problem in STB) We contacted the same service engineer
so many times but he says problem is in STB and new STB is not
available. My problem is still continue but we received a sms
regarding problem has been resolved on very next day
Again we contacted the customer care officer on 12/05/2012 (request
no. 18646450)
Nobody service engineer visited my house but on 13/05/2012 we received
sms regarding STB issues for your airtel digital-TV Cust ID 3000836492
has been resolved. Now we again contacted to customer care officer
on 13/05/2012 (request no. 18677971) but my problem could not solved.
In this connection we also contacted Nodal officer through email and also contacted on 13/05/2012,15/05/2012,20/05/2012 but till date my problem not solved by airtel dth.
