frequently disconnected from inter net connection
i am not getting internet connection during share market hours.
it is getting disconnected three to four times every day
i have made lot of complaints but always one answer sorry and problem will be solved today

I want to talk senior person who can understand reputation of Airtel which is not maintain by your staff giving very rough language with customer not timely delivery in service and talking very rudely

Unjustifide billing
On 31st March'13, I spoke to one of your executive Mr. Anoop, for an unlimited internet option, for which he offered me a plan of Rs 650/- per month. I promptly accepted and he ASSURED me to ACTIVATE the same IMMEDIATELY. After an hour or so, I started the UNLIMITED downloading as assured by the executive. On 8th of April I got a message from your end that I had exceeded the limit and had to pay Rs 9595/-. I immediately visited your Masoodpur billing office, but in vein. I contacted your helpline too and told the situation, but to my woes, I was told that such plan was never activated on my mobile. I immediately switched off my internet and had prolonged sessions with every person at your end whosoever picked up the phone. I had an opportunity to speak to one officer at your end Ms Riya, who asked me to contact Ms Bhawna Jaiswal, Nodal Officer, on no. 9818334865 and given me a complaint no. 49793233. Many calls on this no. never yielded any result. On 3rd May 2013, I managed to access Ms Payal and narrated all my problems. She told me that there was no complaint as such on the above cited complaint no. and given me a fresh complaint no.50298100. After so many calls to your helpline etc. finally I have been suggested to visit your nodal office at, Bharti Mobile Services, Plot no. 16, Udyog Vihar, Phase-4, Gurgaon-122015. I am in receipt of a paper bill no 58466763 date 24th April 13. With due date 12th May 13, asking me to pay Rs 12,292.99/-. My complaint is: when your executive given me assurance of a plan, why it was not activated? If it was a problem at your end to do so, why I was kept in dark unless the bill go sky rocket. There are several lapses on your part, and therefore why I should be compelled to pay your mistakes. I have not been using your internet facility till the first message came to pay Rs 9595/-. It.s a proof that I was not aware that you didn't activate the said plan. Also if you go through my previous bills, you will not find any internet usage though I was paying for Rs 98/- plan as I was aware that if I cross the limit I had to pay. SO, AM I AT FAULT?

Boarband not working
Our account number 7000393495 in the name of M/s Fortune Inter finance Limited. We are using your air tel plan - ul turbo 80gb 1899(4mbps/256kbps)dsl combo plan since last 2 years on wards. But from last 15 days onward we are facing very bad signal and low speed problem from your side. We have checked with our expert technical person and found that the error from your side only. Your air tel technical person visited to our office and done some configuration but still its not yet resolved.
Kindly look in this matter very seriously and urgently, otherwise we have to take an legal actions.

unable to browse
yesterday i have recharge for 9 rs 3g internet for 30 mins unable to connect it........... asked the dealer he said to recharge 20 rs more to get additional amt in balance then i can be able to browse so i recharge with 20 rs still unable to browse nor in hand set nor in pc what kind of service is this kindly do the need full or return back my amt ....................9901019280

payment not credited
I,P.K.Chakrabarti, had paid Rs 500 against my post paid mobile bill payment to one of the franchise Krishna Communication .G7,Time Square Vidhyadhar Nagar,Jaipur 302023 on 8/4/2013. A money receipt 01029 was given to me by them. But I found that they have not credited so far till date as outstanding is reflecting in my mobile bill.I had requested them 2/3 times personally and telephonically but in vain.Their tel no.8003149306 .Should I believe that the shop is not authorized? or who will take action on this shop establishment where it is written Airtel Mobile Centre in the money receipt also.
Pl.look into this and make me believe that this type of Centres are trustworthy.

Excess billing.
HI!
This is with regards to my account no 14113334/landline no 0124-4369384 which I have been using for more than 6 years now. There has been an excess billing of Rs 450 approx added in my bill dated 24/01/2013 and have been complaining about the same to your customer care deptt regularly and they have been telling me to have the same adjusted accordingly but now for the third month in a row have been receiving the excess amount (increased by the month) with some late charges/interest been added onto the same. I have been regularly paying my bill of presently Rs 588 as per my plan on time and have never even used the 25 hours of internet service allocated to me in the said plan nor any excess calls made from the landline number.
Hence would request you to kindly have the same resolved at the earliest so that I can plan to carry on with Airtel services or not or how to go about it for future use. Also the present bill has not been paid due to the same reason, herewith requiring a clearance as mentioned above ASAP.
Please review and advise me of the same at the earliest vide e-mail on - anujs009@gmail.com to plan accordingly.

very slow 3G speed

I am using the above airtel 3G dongle for the last 4 months. The first few months the speed was very good but in the last two months the 3g speed is very slow, in fact slower than 2G. Unable to down load data. Kindly look into this immediately , this is causing serious problem in my business.
