@Nodal officer - We took a corporate airtel connection and from day one we are struggling with the connection timeline, IP's and with the billing, there service has been pathetic. Being a corporate i atleast seek some better resolution and service. Please help.

MNP

I have applied for MNP from Karnataka to TamilNadu on 04th Feb 2017 and paid 300 RS for MNP, still I haven't got any update regarding the same. Raised a complaint online Ref: 74148414 no use of it. And I had visited the mobile store also but still no use, I had been informed that MNP will be done on 3 working days. Really worst service, I have to pay 15 days for roaming etc. Even then still MNP is not done.

Very low internet speed

Hi,
This is so much disappointing that the most leading telecom company like airtel is providing such a bad service. I m living in navanagar(587103), bagalkot, karnataka state. Its a district place but airtel providing 4g speed of only 200 kbps, such a shame. I hv complained so many times but they are least bothered. but advivertising"slowwala speed jaroori nahi hota hai".. shame on you guys..

Airtel is very near to the phase that name would be found in history only.yesterday evening I came to realize that my data pack is going to expire by mid night so I recharged it thinking that data balance could be carry forward but today morning I realized that no balance of data is there customer care said it can't be.carry forward ed so if u can't carry forward data then I will not carry forward you so bye bye airtel by today itself I will close all my 8 airtel prepaid and a post paid broadband
