I bought an Airtel Sim card with the number 9632063524 on 26th(Friday) of this month and I was told it would be activated by sunday or atmost monday. But the sim is not yet activated.

I recharged Airtel dongle on 6th april,2013 for 749 rs online. This plan is 3G recharge with validity of 30 days. After recharging when I try to connect to the internet , it takes lot of time to load a page. Speed is around 30Kbps to 50 Kbps which is less than the 2G speed. In last days I have called so many times to Airtel customer care. All I got was the false assurance of fixing the problem in 3 -5dyas every time i called them. They admit that some server is not updating the online recharge amount. But they are not taking any action on it.As the month. Though I have paid the full amoun is almost over, I am not getting the promised service. Below is my dongle number9880612205: Now I want my money back.

3 months advance taken by airtel executive Mr.anand reddy but not updated the amount correctly in the airtel system. When I call him , he acts rude and disconnects the call.Anand reddy's number-9980459105. Guys from bangalore , never ever take connection from this guys...

Some package is activated on my mobile due to which my money is getting deducted everytime I recharge my account. I called their customer care but issue is still not resolved. This is very common situation in our entire district. They activate some package without consulting users and send sms, to deactivate, user has to call their customer care. Why activate it in first place without asking the user personally. I dont know if it is the same with any other operators or only Airtel is doing this. Please look into this in the interest of common Indian.

hello sir, i am a valued customer of air tel for the last 14 years and as far as prepaid connection is concerned we don't have any problem except they don't give any proper recharge information. that's fine but i got a post paid connection in the month of October 2012 but due to some personal reasons i wanted to make it a prepaid connection and i went to the near by air tel office and they told me that i have to pay Rs.821/- and it will be done and after paying it on jan 24th 2013 they told that they don't have a stock of the Sim so come back after three day and for one week we went daily and no Sim was given then i told them to cancel the Sim but they did not do that so i broke the Sim and now i request to cancel the Sim and as i said i wont pay even a single payment as it is not my mistake. an early action will be appreciated.

I have Taken the 4G dongle from the Airetel and it worked fine for 2-3 days.

Then it suddenly stopped working and I called customer care they took arou5nd 15 hours time and called back said that I need to change sim card.

So went to Airtel showroom in Rajrajeshwari nagar they said that stock is not available of that simcard. Again I called to customer care they said that if its the case they will charge INR 50 and get me the SIM. I asked will they able pay back my auto charges to showroom I visited. Its the 5th day still they have not provided the service. My work (home access is stopped).

Please help me in returning the device to Airtel (INR 2500).
