Recently I got message from airtel that Rs.1/- has been deducted from my balance as I have downloaded Cricket pull from my mobile, but actually there is no downloading facility in my mobile. And then I called customer care , I tallked with one of the officer about this he is saying system will show we will consider that as true. And this is not the first time I am suffering from this. Every week any facility gets activated and for stopping it I have to call customer care though there no mistake from my side. And it costs 40 paise per 3 minutes even if your system is having error. And I am sure you may be having some more lakhs such complaints. Airtel is providing very worst these days.I want some solution from airtel about this and also I want refund for my economical loss with everything including charges for calling customer care and writing this mail too

My cell number is 9890949833. I have applied to convert my prepaid account to post paid account.
They have closed my prepaid account, but not activated my post paid account even after two days. Also I online recharged with Rs 105(txn id 448006), but the cell was not recharged with that amount. When I tried to contact 9890098900,121 &198. nobody is responding.

i have already registered a complaint regarding my airtel demo sim.but i didn't get any proper response from your side.and those man calling me regularly from this number (8800098344) on daily basis and saying that i am from airtel customer care (delhi region) and i am sure it is again a fraud call.

I am using ICICI banking online recharge facility for online recharge on my AIRTEL prepaid mobile number 9890183691 (recharge of Rs 333) I am using this faclity for 1-2 years for recharging my mobile, today I did recharge of 333 Rs and was SHOCKED by seeing that my Account balance was not increased instead they added 333 Rs to Local Balance, Before Recharging my number I looked into the recharge options available through ICICI bank online recharge,

When I call customer care they talk to me in a very much un professional manner,and told me "Pehle Offers check karna tha, recharge kyun kiya", I have checked the Denomination options for Airtel Rechage from ICICI Bank Portal before recharging & Attaching the same. It says 333 Talktime in RS 333 Rechage, It never says that it will not increase the main Account balance.

I am trying AIRTEL customer care for the Last 1 hour and they are not picking my call... WHAT A PATHETIC BEHAVIOR?

Please do the needful so that this Fraud should be prevented.

Actually i exposed them one year back that they were doing call girl racket on FC road. I have all proof. Now that girl went on ruin one guys life. If she dare let her paste what messages i sent to her. There is no abussive or blackmailing messages at all. She cheated so many guys. So on behalf one of my friend I asked his money. In this regard I already given intimation to her parents. Her name M. Gupta- number *****03775. Even she cheat people by asking online recharge with her face book friends which is more than 1500
