Bogus Bills & Harrasment

Dear Sir/ Madam,
All my agony is written below in the mail written to Airtel, the mobile phone service provider.
Request you to kindly get me justice, in the best possible manner.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I took above mentioned Airtel Mob. No. 23rd – 24th March, 2013. I recd a bill of Rs. 1191.75 on 6th April, for about 10-12 days (23rd March to 4th April, 2013, copy attached (Password - mzc5).

I was very much surprised to find the bill completely hoax & fraudulent.

The errors in the bill are as follows :

1. I never sent any MMS, but all SMSs sent by me have been charged as MMS, that too @ Rs. 5/- per MMS.
2. Hundreds of MMSs, SMSs & calls have been shown to be made exactly at the same time & date. (Is it possible??)
3. Rates of SMSs have been charged more than the tariff plan.
4. No benefit of free SMSs & calls given to me as per my plan.

Since then, I’ve tried to get the issue resolved, by calling at 121, several hundred times, but all in vain. Every time after speaking for some time, the calls get disconnected. OR the call receiver will say, I’ll connect to my senior, but unfortunately the call always gets disconnected before reaching to the senior. I’ve no doubt & hesitation to say that the calls are disconnected deliberately, making the experience more painful. This is not only happening to me but many more people I know. That proves that you have a policy like that.

Three times I personally visited your authorized franchise M/s Karshni Solutions, housed in Aditya Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, UP, but after trying to resolve the issue for a number of times, they also raised hands, saying that they can not get the issue resolved. They made complaints, whose ref nos. are :

50155984 - On 25/04/13
50379480 - On 08/05/13

I was forced to pay the un-due amount by Airtel by stopping my incoming as well outgoing calls. In spite of all my efforts, instead of solving the problem & appropriately waving off the bill amount, to add to my pain, Airtel generated another bill & sent to me for payment. After complaints, without resolving the issue, I am receiving msgs, saying - ARE YOU SATISFIED WITH THE RESPONSE, ARE YOU SATISFIED WITH OUR OVERALL QUALITY OF SERVICE, WAS THE EXECUTIVE ON PHONE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE. So, I don't have an option to answer those mind boggling questions on phone except saying YES or NO; but my real answer to all those questions of Airtel, is BIG ZERO. Your service is extremely poor, you are looting the public by generating bogus bills, your executives are incapable of handling the issues they are supposed to handle & have very limited knowledge on how to resolve the issues.

OR, the fact is that - Airtel has a policy to generate false bills, force the customers to pay the bills by ALL MEANS, never resolve such problems in favor of the customers, attend calls but disconnect in between, harass the customers to the extent that he/ she gives up, gets tired of chasing Airtel for any resolution to the problem & cheat on public as much as possible.

I am now completely sick & tired, disappointed & dissatisfied on the quality of billing & poor customer service of Airtel; & request you to pl look into the matter & get it resolved at the earliest, failing which I will not only get all Airtel connections in my family, discontinued, but also approach Consumer Forum & other local administration offices to get me justice for this harassment & cheating by Airtel.

Service

I switched to Airtel from BSNL. I got very good response, so I get another Sim card of airtel at the place of TATA DOCOMO. I started using Internet also. In start I get a very good response but day by day service quality is going worse. Uninformed deductions started, in start I get tariff expiry but after that no warning they just deduct the whole amount. And after that a very fast increment in cost. But still I didn't switched because my all friends have Airtel mostly. But now its going more than worse. No services and nothing. Daily server problem and network trouble. So are you going to solve these problems or I have to switch my all Airtel phones with some other service....?????

FRAUD IN AIRTEL

My Customer ID is 3012354726. My starting pkg was of Rs. 250, which was going to end on 15th May. I have started contacting Airtel Customer Rep and Supervisors for Ala Carte package. First of all, I will get all the details on website so I have decided to create an online account. I was not able to create an account, so I have written so many email and finally they have provided me a temp username/password to create the account. Then I was trying to activate Ala Carte pkg. I have selected the channels and fill out the details, but that information not coming to my email. Then on 15th my account got suspended. One of your supervisor on 15th Morning suggested me to recharge the Amount of Ala Carte pkg, it was just Rs. 219/- so I have recharged my account for Rs. 220. And my Rs. 250 current pkg has been extended for less validity. Ala Carte is not activated. I understand that Airtel do not have money and that's why not helping customers for activating Ala Carte, so customers are forced to take your pkg. Really disgusting.

outgoing is not working from 23-march-13, i'm try to call 121 but not connect.

I'm in roaming area, my outgoing is not working from 23-march-13, i'm try to call 121 but not connect.
I have mailed to 121@in.airtel.com more than twenty times but not receive any positive response.

i'm very disappointed with Airtel service. Airtel people only wasting my time.

Two days pass i'm unable to call anyone, I have sent many mail but no positive response from Airtel.

3g mobile speed

i recharged airtel 3g+2g combo pack on my phone, but after few days i am not getting 3g speed, its speed is as 2g
i complaint many times on airtel customer care(121 and 198) but they did nothing...
what should i do?

Customer care dosen't help

Many times i have tried to dial 198 and 121 but it dosent connect to customer care person to resolve my problems even i m tried to generate MNP code but it still block the messages to 1900 for the number 8127981199

bil paid but still showing outstanding payment

Sir,
According to our records we have already paid our bill but still u r sending the messages of outstanding payment of month. please check your records otherwise we are not responsible for the payments . and if u can't solve this then please disconnect our air-tel connection.

Low speed

dear sir,
i have brought airtel 3g datacard , having number 9971955300, it was expected to have speed of 7 mbps. bt i'm getting very poor network with speednot more than 100 kbs.
i have complaint a lot many times to custmer care, but they didn't give me any detail about where is the problem and when will it solve.
my complaint numbers with date are.
Ist complaint- 48687166 (11th. feb, 2013)
IIst complaint- 48801512 (16th. feb, 2013)
IIIrd complaint- 48882808 (21stth. feb, 2013)
even today also i have complaint but noe i dont i any trust on AIRTEL that they will resolve my issue.

New Connection

Hi,

I am employee of a private fiem and opted for corporate 3G data card. i gave documentents almost 20 days back which got verified on 4th feb 2013. After that I was informed by airtel that I need to call 59059 to get my Number activated however it is 9th Feb today and no body is ready to listen to my problem. Every time I call they say call after 4 hours as details are not updated. I have almost called 20 times but of no use. Even this corporate guy is not coming to office and not picking up the phone. His Name is Rizwan Khan.
If any body there can read this, I request to please look into it on priority basis as I need to get my connection activated urgently.My number is 9958987773.
