Poor Signal

The Airtel signal at my place in sector 44-A, Chandigarh is so very weak that the calls drops often & if someone is trying to call from outisde it always says that the customer is outside the limit and the call is unreachable. We have around 4 mobile connections with Airtel and are harassed by this problem time and again.

NOT CONNECTING GPRS

i am using air tel prepaid connection. it is giving a very good service.my father, my mother, sister, brother, myself, my wife.all are using air tel prepaid connection and gprs service(in delhi). but when i gone to Chandigarh & using AIR TEL Gprs service really horrible.no system, customer care Subhan-Alla.customer care is not giving reply at any time.RELIANCE i have seen but AIR TEL also...?

NOT CONNECTING GPRS

I have activated Airtel GPRS (98/-RS monthly prepaid) on 06-06-11. but i am not able to brows internet.
so many times i called AIRTEL customer care but it did,t respond well.
as im facing problem since 01 month.still there is no respose from airtel.
so many time customer care has told me, within 48 hrs.it will be activated.till date i am waiting& waiting.now after one day one month going to complite.what action you are
taking?

Balance Deduction

My Name is SHIVANI KOHLI, having mobile number 9915315289 of AIRTEL operator. I’m frustrated by there service . They Deduct my balance by Rs30/- around 2:15pm of 26 June 2011. I’d called customer care several times regarding this problem but its useless ,they were unable to help or may be they are not taking it that serious . I’d suffered from this kind of problem many times before. Around rs60/- to rs70/- my balance was deducted. They are unable to find the basic cause of this deduction although they are saying its due to internet surfing ,but on 26 June 2011 I was attending my exam so during that period of time my cell was on offine mode. My complaint number is CBDCC 30626547873, but without any action. Recent Sunday I called up again regarding my problem and there was no response. Today 27 June 2011 I called up again and customer care executive INDER attended, she said this call is to be transferred to next department so she put me on hold. I waited and waited for 15-20 minutes. But again no response as usual. Customer SATISFACTION must be their motto. I just wanna get rid out of this trouble.

GPRS rs 98 Plan activated but not working since past 9 months

Dear Sir/Mam
this is to bring to your kind notice carelessness of Bharti Airtel Ltd Punjab Circle.
I have been with Airtel since the past 8 yrs.
in first week of sep 10 ie 9 months ago i had purchased a new handest Nokia X6, so after having bought a new mobile i wanted to get my GPRS activated and i contacted Airtel and they said that they would activate it in 3 days and the pack rental would be Rs 98. so put foreword my request to get it activated.
it got activated but i was not able to browse any website , so i contacted their representative he told me that they would fix it soon but the problem dint get solved.
then i again contacted then he said that he would be forwarding a complaint to the technical dept. and gave me a weeks time to respond week got finished i contacted again and he said give me 3 days more .. and again it didnt get fixed.
so then i also didnt call them for a while .
but after a month or so i again contatced them regarding the issue they said yes that i had complaied them earlier also , he said i again would file a complaint and gave me serice request number and again a weeks time was asked from me to rectify the issue. but after repeated call and complaints my problem didnt get solved.
so i posted on www.consumercourt.in and i was contacted by their noida manager regarding the issue , he told me to get my SIM swapped and i did that and again it didnt work, they said they would deactivate the plan and then again reactivate but that alos dint soleve the problem.
Then there was no respnse from their side.
and once again e mailed them they said they would solve the problem as soon as possible.
but from then on no contact.
a day or 2 ago i mailed the manager nodal office that i m FILING A case in CONSUMER COURT for the HARASSMENT and taking 98 s rent for 9 months and not giving me service ,, then also he didnt reply ,. THIS SHOW THE CALLOUS IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR on PART OF AIRTEL.
