Wrong Information And NOt Responding

i already given complaint through phone and posted in consumer court and some other. but they called me ask about the complint and told me to call in 1 hr like that. but till now they didn't call me for solution or some other information which i want... i think i lost around 70-80 rupee without knowing exact inf.. ph no:9963940700

recharge unsuccessful

hi,
i am ramesh.i recharged my airtel moblile prepaid number : 9866974072 for rs. 65 0n april 15th.they deducted amount from my account but i got the message as recharge unsuccessful due to some technical problem.please do some help to get my money debited to my account.

Not changing GPRS plan, not adjusting bill, Ineffective Customer Care

Hello,

I am Neha Gupta using Airtel services since long.
Mobile number - 8897507991
Account number - 1024955526

This year starting of month of Feb, I opted for Airtel 2G services plan for 125.
But at month end after getting my bill I realized that you guys have activated 0-rental on my number.
I called customer care several times, haven't got it solved yet.
Last time they agreed to adjust the bill but I haven't got updated bill yet.
I asked them to right away shift my bill to Rs125 2G plan, but as per daily message fro current bill, doesn't seem that its done too.
And currently since yesterday am not able to have internet access on my phone.

Can someone please look into it ASAP or let me know if the best thing is to change service provider.
To Dos -
1. Adjustment in Bill for the month of Feb and March
2. Please send updated bill amount so that I can pay.
3. Change 2G services to Rs125 monthly plan.
4. Activate internet services on my phone.
5. Check your cust care records and please work towards better customer experience.

P.S. - Airtel is only good if we don't have any issue, 'coz once we get an issue, it takes ages to get it resolved.

Network disconnection

Airtel carrier had been giving me a tough time in recent times, even tough i had submitted my documents required for connection for 10 time they still disconnect my number and upon calling customer care they are giving lame answers which is not expected from them.

Airtel Outlet Hydernagar

Dear Sir,

On Saturday (16-2-2013) I went to my nearest Airtel Outlet, Mahalakshmi Towers, Dr. Atmaram Estate, Hyderabad, Hydernagar for prepaid card. I submitted the documents which they have requested and they gave false promise and fooled me saying that they will activate my number within 3 days. But To my surprise they did not activated till now. Airtel also should think before giving franchise to such inefficeing people.

I immediately whent to Aircel where they have completed and activated within 20 minutes of request. Because of Airtel I have lost 4 precious days waiting for my connection.

Ambiguous/Misleading SMS

"Your current tariff expired, enjoy discounted local/STD rates of 1.5p/s for FREE. Recharge with RC27 to reduce your call rates to 1.2p/s for 6 months"

This message received on 27-11-2012 and I found no validity period mentioned in it. I recharged on 02-01-2013 with RC27. Then two (2) messages follows like this.

1) Recharge Successful on 02-0102013 Talktime: RS27.00 TransID 614954678 Benefit & Validity: Rs.27
2) Part2/2 balance&Local/STD calls at 2p/sec for 30 days

Since then my call charges are being increased from 1.5p/s to 2p/s. No subscriber will go from lower rates to higher rates.
Hence I request to direct Airtel to revert to original call rates and I may be glad if the difference of the call rates collected may be recredited to my balance.
