Airtel online recharge unsucessful

Hi,

I have recharged my mobile through online but the transaction was unsuccessful but money is deducted from my account.
Dt : 2016-11-28, Time : 03:15 PM, Account no. : 9177165083, amount : Rs.50/-, Payment mode: NetBanking, Transaction ID: 16112818497, Status : Open, Description : Your airtel mobile online recharge could not be processed due to delay in response from your bank. Please try again. If amount is deducted from your account, it will be refunded to your bank account within 2 working days. The refund amount will reflect in your bank account within 7 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

please rectify my issue either with recharge my airtel account or credit my balance back to my account

unable to load a particular recharge card

I bought a 1000 recharge card yesterday and due to the new and inconvenient way the network makes it recharge cards now, i opened it mistakenly anf missed some of the numbers. I still have the serial number. Pls i need help to recharge it. Thanks

Airtel recharge failed but money deducted.

After attempting recharge of rs.100 full talk time in airtel.in half an hour earlier my money has been deducted but recharge has not been done.. My no .os 8474864984... I do not remember my transection id as i closed my page after it showed recharge unsussesful.but few minutes later there was an sms from my bank promting rs.100 has been deducted...kindly see into my problem...
