Recharge successful but amount not credited in account

On 17th March, i made an online recharge - Rs 170. full talk time main account for mob no: 9840147658. The transaction ID is 170317185370. The recharge was successful and received the acknowledge message for the same in my Mob.

But checking the balance reports 0.

Please credit the talktime amount to the existing balance in my account.

Unsuccessful Mobile Recharge

I have recharged my mobile 9148763192 though net banking for Rs. 500 on 17th March 2017. Received an SMS with tnx I'D 170317257003 of Rs. 500. Bank transaction was also completed successfully. But the Mobile is not recharged and when checked the status, the airtel says the transaction was not complete. Amount has been debited from my bank account. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I'd recharged on above mentioned number for rs146 on 16 march 17. The amount was debited but got no message regarding the recharge.
Kindly take essential action so that either the amount gets credited on my account or the recharge gets done and please give response ASAP.

Airtel online Recharge Amount Deducted and recharge didnt happen

Its really annoying I have done the recharge online on 22 feb on my number with 500INR but it was failed however the amount was deducted and I also got the message that the amount will be refunded within a week because the recharge didn't happened BECAUSE OF SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE .But till now I have not received the amount Please look into this matter and revert as soon as possible .

I recharged using my credit card but data was not credited to my mobile number 9411122700. I emailed to airtel on 121@in.airtel.com but didn't recieved any response.
The mesaage i recieved after the transaction is:
