Not switching on and not charging the battery

I have purchased B464103-01 - Nokia BH-503 A2DP Stereo Bluetooth Headphones againts Order No. 30000027588 from India times Shopping. I have recieved the product 26 Dec 2011 and that is not switching on and not charging at all. Please replace the product.
