not received the order
i ordered a nicer dicer on 18/3/2013 from bhaap.com and till date they are making excuses , nothing else. how can anyone run a fraud company for so long ? it happens only in INDIA ?
what action one can take against them, any answers ?

PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED - PAYMENT ALREADY MADE
I HAVE SENT SEVERAL E-MAILS TO YOU BUT IT SEEMS THAT YOU DO NOT CARE TO RESPOND. TODAY I HAVE SENT ONE MESSAGE ON YOUR WEBSITE IN THE MORNING AND NOW I AM SENDING YOU ONE MORE AFTER I NOTICED ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT MY ORDER #100003751 FOR PURCHASE OF ANCHOR HOCKING GLASS SERVING / BAKING DISH IS CANCELLED. I WANT TO KNOW WHY HAS THE ORDER BEEN CANCELED AND NO INTIMATION HAS BEEN SENT TO ME AFTER 25 DAYS. I JUST HAPPENED TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE AND FOUND OUT IT MYSELF. WHEN WILL THE REFUND AMOUNT OF Rs. 598/- BE SENT TO ME. I AM AFRAID THAT MY AMOUNT MAY BE SWALLOWED BY YOUR COMPANY AS THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR END FOR NEARLY 3 MONTHS. PLEASE URGENTLY REFUND THE AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY.
I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER OF Rs. 598/- THROUGH MY ICICI BANK ACCOUNT ON 15TH JANUARY, 2013 WITH BHAAP.COM FOR THE PURCHASE OF ANCHOR HOCKING GLASS SERVING / BAKING DISH AND TILL THE 08FEB2013 THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM BHAAP.COM WHETHER THEY RECEIVED THE AMOUNT OR NOT. THEN, I CHECKED THEIR WEBSITE AND IT WAS THEN THAT I FOUND OUT THAT MY ORDER #100003751 WAS CANCELLED. THERE WAS NO INTIMATION FROM THEIR END WHY IT WAS CANCELLED. FROM 08FEB13, I HAVE BEEN SENDING DAILY E-MAILS AND ALSO ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR THE REFUND OF MY AMOUNT. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY AS YET. IT IS 37 DAYS SINCE I PLACED THE ORDER. I AM AFRAID THAT MY HARD EARNED AMOUNT OF Rs. 598/- MAY HAVE BEEN SWALLOWED BY THE COMPANY AS THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEM TILL NOW. I DO NOT HAVE THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER OR ELSE, I WOULD HAVE CALLED THEM.

Complaint against bhaap.com in Consumer Court???
I ordered a product in November'12, order-id:100003488, still waiting for shipping.
There is no customer care responce, i want to teach him a lesson..
So anybody have idea how can i file a compaint against bhaap.com in cousmer court???

We did say that we would ship by now and unfortunately we have been unable to keep that promise for reasons out of our control. We have edged closer to having your product shipped to you and are confident it will be done by the end of the week.
Nevertheless, if you are unwilling to wait, we will offer you a full refund. Please note the refund will take 3 weeks to process by which time you would have already received your product. I do understand this has been a frustrating transaction, but it is a once off which we have made sure will not happen again.
I look forward to hearing from you soon and once again thank you for your patience.

order placed, paid but no delivery or response till date
Made an online order for LG bluetooth headst with Bhaap.com on 3rd October 2012, subsequently sent 3 complaint/query mails to bhaap.com and received reply from cs@bhaap.com stating ticket numbers 1128, 1215 and 1339 that i will be contacted in 24 hrs and issue resolved. Till date nothing has happened, no contact, no product but have collected Payment of Rs.1995/- upfront.
