Not Received GAS Cylinder and neither got booked

This is with reference to my domestic GAS (LPG) connection with Bharat GAS.

I have just one connection with one cylinder for my family. The same got exhausted on Thursday last week i.e.Sep 27.
As i went to rebook , i have been asked to come up with certain documents for KYC. It is told to me that unless KYC is done , i can not get another cylinder. So i got back and again on Friday Morning (Sep 28) i reached there for formalities, To my surprise i was asked to come up with a photo as well , initially all information were not conveyed to me.

Finally i reached Snebhi Gas Service on Sat morning i.e. Sep 29 and submitted all details. I have been told that same will be done on Monday and i should be able to get GAS Cylinder by evening. My family had to suffer through the weekend as we had just one cylinder.

No change in STATUS on Monday i.e. Oct 1. They did not process KYC and hence no GAS booking for my connection.
TUESDAY - As it was National holiday on OCt 2 , we cant do much and struggled for cooking at home
Again on Wednesday i.e. Oct 3 , status has not changed and i have been asked to keep waiting till it happens with no surety.

I am unable to find out means to take care of basic food requirements at home with the current uncertainity .How one household can survive for 6-7 days in a row for no fault of theirs'

Such Inhuman response towards basic needs and lack of acknowledgment has led me file proper complaints.

Hope some one can take care of this.
