Balance deduction from main balance inspite of data pack being activated
On 5th of May , I evening i used internet and my balance was Rs 124 and after sometime i noticed that instead of deduction from 3G internet pack , the deduction was from main balance which in itself is wrong.. in this way 76 Rs got deducted , then i registered a complaint on customer care .Even after filing complaint 7 more rupees were deducted for the internet usage from the main balance.. So , in total a deduction of Rs 83 was made to my main balance.... Now , I just want my Rs 83 to be refunded back.
My service provider is Bharti Airtel Limited.

Kindly see to the matter as it is causing lots of inconvenience to me.

recharge
Recharged mobile with rs 301 on 2jan 13. But talktime given for rs 1 only . Company has charged 299 for processing fees and tax. Called up at customer cate ten times but no one is giving any clarifications.

To disconnect my post paid mobile no. 9910801166
I Surya Parkash Khatri is practicing Advocate .my mobile no. is 9810019166. I took another post paid connection of Airtel bearing no. 9910801166 ,but now I do not want to keep further the mobile connection bearing no. 9910801166 and I am not using this mobile no and SIM and same has been switched off . I have already made so many request to the customer care no and talked to Mr. Pankaj having interaction ID no. 112740319 on 1.11.2012 and again on 2.11.2012 I again talked to Mr. Vaibhav having In traction ID no. 1150674251 at 11.50 am regarding request to disconnect my post paid mobile connection no. 9910801166 and he gave me the complaint no. 46829518. There are no dues towards me as I have already paid the bills on time against the no usages. Till date my mobile connection no. 9910801166 has not been disconnected and Bharti Airtel are regularly sending the bills .If my complaint is not considered I have no other option except to take legal remedy against the Bharti Airtel for causing harassment and mental agony.

To disconnect my post paid mobile no. 9910801166
I surya Parkash khatri is practicing advocate and having airtel post paid connection no. 9910801166 but now I donot want to keep this mobile number futher and number of times i have made request to the customer care departmenr of bharti airtel but they donot disconnect my number and regularly sending the bill against nil usage charges. I have paid all the bills and now there are no dues towards me .On 1.11.2012 I talked to Mr. pankaj having Intraction Id no. 112740319 and on 2.11.2012 I again talked to Mr. Vaibhav having Intraction Id no. 1150674251 at 11.50 am but all of them did not pay any heed to my complaint/ request .If my complaint is not considered I have no other remeady except to legal action against the company for the recovery of the amount and harassment and mental agony

Dear sir
My Airtel Postpaid mobile number is 9958923888 from the past 1 month i have been complaining to Bharti Airtel postpaid mobile team they are not responding to my problems... i can send you 10-15 complaint number which was unresolved by them 1. 46048078 lodge on 21sep 2012 then 2. F1141353339 3. F1143422856 and many more
There are two issues of mine
1. on 18th Sep 2012 I got a call From NET department wherein i had spoken with Mr Satish Pathak he promised me that he will increase my credit limit to Rs. 5000 and he will activate me a Internet plan of Rs. 99 unlimited plan. and he send me the email also in which it is clearly written that my internet plan of rs 99 will be activated from 6th Oct 2012 .. he promised me that it will be activated automatically.
till now Rs. 99 unlimited plan has not been activated by Airtel team which they have already send my in written.
2. on 20th sep 2012 at around 9:22 pm i have received a msg from Airtel AZ-AIRCCM that as per your request GPRS has been started on your airtel mobile on 20th sep 2012 and Free 3 G services of 2GB per month has been deactivated from your mobile ……at the time of activation airtel provided me 2Gb 3G data free for first 4 months under HBO offer... my plan was changed without my consent
My 3 G Plan deactivated without my consent and i got 900 Rs. bill for using internet
request you to look into the matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible...
