I the undersign Mr.Uday on behalf of common man number of resident from your constituency and annual member of anpeshwar (MCF) civic federation herby appeal you to put word to MCF management committee to reduce annual membership fee which is egan from 1st April onward , it is not a profit making business, which is hike by 40%, in fact in goregaon west well maintain sport omplex ozone previous Nirlon swimming pool. It is a Olympic level swimming pool length is 50 meter compare to MCF is 25 eter there annual fee is rs.4158/-as compare with our annual renewal fee is rs.7856/-mostely in all BMC land swimming complex fees are not hiked it is almost nearby rs.4000/-in fact in our area there is not any other affordable sport complex for common people it s decide in AGM of MCF they are original member since 1992 they happen to member with the contribution only rs.5000/- to 10000/- only life member can contest election no right for annual members, annual member around 10 to 15 thousand compare to 100 to 200 annual member, I mean to say that both land or complex is situated on BMC plot secondly MCF having profitable DEFODIL restaurant also we don’t understand whether it is legal anyway secondly our working people time limitation club should open at least 5.30am mostly all health or fitness centre so we suburb people can exercise and reach office or colleges(church gate) by at the earliest,so we herby once again humbly request you to put attention on our grievance do the needful thanks.

I am a resident of Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. The number of street dogs is increasing day by day.
Its not just in Kharghar but also in Belapur, Nerul, Juinagar, Sanpada and Vashi.
There are around 20 dogs near daily bazar, sector 20 in kharghar.

I dont know who or where to intimate government authorities to take action about it.
Hoping the issue will be addressed soon.

In our society Room No. D-3, is belonged to Mr. Dhanraj Sahani who is not staying in Bombay, Stays in Abroad, now his sister Mr. Saraswati Sahani,, she has kept tenant in the same room and the some portion of the room she has given on rent to some one and they are doing the business in that room for fancy drress.

Dhanraj sahani has not taken any type of permission from the society, how can Saraswati Sahani can give this room on rent without the permission of the society and that shop portion room was for the residential purpose how she is using for Commercial purpose. When we have informed this matter to our Administrative department, they says that please inform this matter to the BMC. we want that the portion of the room should be used only for the residence not for shop. if want to use for shop, they have to take the permission from the Society as well as the BMC Department.

Durind diwali they were illegal hoardings everhywhere. I fail to understand why the BMC doesnt take any action against these people. I request them to take action and remove those banners as soon as possible

I am a resident of Om Sai Ganga, Opp. Jeevan Vikas Hospital, Andheri east. Dogs menace is increasing every night.They run after motorbikes and their barking has made sleep difficult.Please look into the matter and i would request for a dog van as soon as possible.Catching hold of them at night time would may be a great idea. There are lots of dogs at JVK Marg.Specially the Dog Outside Mehta Nursing Home is dangerous. He runs after me whenever I pass from there.

There are many small children & senior citizens . postman, courier service bo ywho have faced dog menance. It has become really unsafe and impossible for us to walk from behind desai compund because of these dogs. Even during nights, these dogs keep barking and continue barking throughout the night.

The number of dogs have increased drastically over the last few years and BMC is not taking corrective actions. This must be addressed immediately and some BMC has to immediately pick these dogs up.

I humbly request the concerned authorities to take these dogs by dog catcher.

Road from SM Shetty school, Powai to Amrit Nahar is in a pathetic state with pot holes increasing each day, causing damage to vehicles, slowing down traffic for over a month.
Request urgent remedial measures.

There is this place On the V.N. Purav Marg, in Trombay Mumbai 400 088, that belongs to the Fatima Trust. The plot I'm speaking about is just opposite R. N. Hospital. There was a garage some time ago which was 100% illegal. This plot had been illegally encroached upon. Now the garage has been demolished and a new construction is coming up with the only aim to usurp the place. Next to this place is a ground where children play and now even children are barred from playing there. If nothing is done soon then the small ground will also be usurped. Plans for a big building is on the way.
Before any such things happen I humbly request you to please save this land from these illegal encroachers.
