Telephone not working

My Landphone number is 0474 2424107.There is no ringing for the last two months.We pay the bill in advance.But we are not getting the better service from BSNL.So please consider this matter and do the best at the earliest.

Telephone no.0474.2.444496.Although the telephone is in working condition,the bell is not ringing when the call comes.I have complained the matter in telephone exchange ,198,and customer care kollam .but no use.

New SIM

Dear Sir,

i'd brought a new 3gSIM No 8991729065451159395-8H on 20th Dec 2012 directly from yr customer service center Chinnaka .As per the service person the SIM will be activated with in 5 days. Unfortunately still date the SIM yet to be activated.I know u ppl have lot of excuses as v common man accepted.this is one of many reason y ppl hate to buy BSNL bcz 9 out of 10 of yr staff have no commitment to their job.

Land Line complaint

Sir,

Our Landline number 0476-2872918 is not working. All other phones in that locality is working. BSNL employees purposefully made it faulty to get money from us. Thevalakara telephone exchange employess demanding us money to rectify this landline issue. It is really pathetic.

lan number not active since one year

dear sir ,
my lan number 04752328365 is not working since one year and we give complaints many time but the exchange staff is inefficient to attant such complaints
