Monthly Charges

Hi,

Reference is made to the attached bill, please advise me the monthly charges which BSNL is charging against my land line and get me the benefits of my existing plan.

LANDLINE NOT WORKING

My BSNL land line No:06742591139 is not working . the connected broad band connection also not working . I complained through mobile phone to BSNL CUSTOMER CARE NO:198 on 20:02:13 by 5:00 PM. no response till now.

suspension of my number

Sir,
My mobile No.9446967469 has been ported from IDEA to BSNL. Two weeks before I got a
message from +1901 that I have to pay some pending balance bill amount and show the bill
at any customer care centre of BSNL, I approached IDEA office and remitted the balance amount
of Rs. 65 and showed the bill at BSNL customer care centre at Ambalammukku at Trivandrum
on 04.02.2013. (Receipt No.21055BIL1765882 dt 01.0202013 custcode: 1.11579095)
Now it is found that my number has been suspended. I cannot make any calls from my mobile
(outging or incoming).
kindly take action to reinstate my number activate.

Deactivation of BT-BTUNES(caller tunes)

Sir,
Please deactivate the BSNL caller tunes " BT-BTUNES" which activating every month in my mobile no 8547384540 without my conformation and loosing Rs42/- every month. This couldn't stopped since there is no reply number . Also SMS sending in my phone is not possible due unknown technical reason.

From last one year telephone is dead and i am paying the rent
I have complained may times and now i found that my number has been shifted to other customer without my concern.
there was no proper responce from staff of bsnl to rectify the problem..
I request you to take immideate action aginst the staff for diverting my existing line alos my mother is a widow of army officer and she is alone in this place she is continuously complaining but still there is no action against this case,

please do the needful

My Telephone No.04742477342 was not working for the last one month. The phone was installed at Varikkolil Puthen Veedu, Elavacodu, Chadayamangalam, Distt.Kollam, Kerala in the name of Smt.Pankajakshy Amma (Senior Citizen). My frequent complaint to concerned dept., is no meaning, because neither rectified the complaint till date nor visited any field staff to the

I charged by using paytm online recharge of Airtel mobile service provider. But it shown failed message by drawing the amount of Rs.48/-. I paid by using netbanking of SBI. Please be kind to refund the amount, or to recharge that amount to the Airtel number(9433253776) provided.
The referance number of the amount transaction is 555214031GD7195129 TRANSFER TO 31162743009 STATE BANK OF INDIA.
the narration was "TO TRANSFER
INB Pay TM Mobile Solutions P TECH_PAY".
