This is in reference on the above I am using Combo 599 plan from 2011 mentioned as per plan 4GB download free/month & 200 unit calls free/months. I further inform you that till Dec.-2012 avail this facility ( 4GB download & 200 calls free/months) but from January 2013 I have received bill 4GB download free but calls charges of 200 unit/months not discount from bill only discount LL free calls. As per your new tariff plan not mentioned any call to other service provider (Mobile & other land line service provider) not avail any discount and I also not not received any SMS or phone call from BSNL Customer care. So, I paid to BSNL extra charges last two months. So, please confirm the same and credit the excess amount to my BSNL Telephone account.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is my complaint against BSNL UP west circle for balance deduction on my mobile No.09458470909.
Since last three week I am getting a massage from 556784008 saying thanks for subscription GADGET GUIDE from 55678 and an amount Rs.8 deducted each time. I have never asked for this service.
Each time I contacted to customer care and register my complaint. Each time they ensure me that we have deactivated your service and your amount will be refund but till now I have not gotten any single penny.
Yesterday 19.02.2013 at 03:09PM I again received that massage again my balance of Rs.8 deducted. I just called to customer care at 03:35PM Complaint NO. B19UP302318 and tell him about my problem. They again said the same sentences but my amount again not refunded.
Please solve my problem.
