Email ID Registration

Hello sir ,
I am supriya patil. My irctc login id is super_1992 & email id is supriyapatil262@gmail.com.But when I entered my registered email id it shows an error message like enter correct email id....After that I tried create new account with another email id but unable create account...

Please help me to access irctc reservation site..because I need to do reservation on every 15 days, its so urgent ,please consider my request & help me for the same.

refund

I have Booked the ticket from GNC to Nagda in Shanti express Train no.19309 for six senior citizens in 3tier A/C.Out of that four tickets have been confirmed but two tickets were in waitlist and not confirmed till departure.My transaction ID10000020655942 date of journey was 20/06/2015.Tickets were booked on 04/04/.2015 and it was Etickets.The PNR no of the ticket was8134542940.The said Train was leaving Gandhinagar at 0625 PMand chart was prepared on the same day at 0500PM.I have asked the station master and also to the compartment ticket checker for cancellation of the said two waitlisted tickets then answer was the same that because it being Eticket the amount of two waitlisted persons (they have not travelled) will be credited to your account automatically. I have also tried to cancel that two tickets but unfourtunately the red colour remarks on the top of my laptop showing that since the chart prepared u can not cancel the same.Moreover the system was not allowing me to file TDR also.Now till date i.e. 30/06/2015 I have not received any refund amount in my account.How to proceed and whom to approach is a question to me .Pl solve it as earliest.I still feel the sorry for lack of knowledge of cancellation to StationMaster Gandhinagar and ticket checker of B/1 compartment of the said train. Please help me to get the refund at earliest.

reservation failed

RESERVATION FAILED I I have booked a ticket from chennai to salem. but my reservation failed and amount has been deduced from my bank account, then how will I get maney back. i forget password of my login id and when i try to reset it, the system automatically sent the reset password on my email id. which is not in use. kindly solve it as soon as possible.

Did not receive link and OTP for new IRCTC registration

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have applied online for IRCTC login credentials with emailID sudeep7368@gmail.com. I am yet to receive the link for activation of the account or the OTP. How long it takes to get these alerts from the time we register online. Please update the status.

unable to modify user profile

Using my user ID rrg1953 and password I am able to access my account with IRCTC.

But, when trying to modify the PROFILE the system asks for keying in the password.

When I key in the same password it shows that the password is incorrect.

Why booking confirmed tickets are like impossible?

I wanted to book tickets from Yeswantpur (YPR) station to Howrah (HWH) station in Duronto express (12246) for 15th Oct 2015. When i logged in to the IRCTC website, the available seats in 3AC was 124 at 7:58AM. At 8:03AM the available seats became 07. And finally when i completed my booking, i got WL75/76 at 8:08AM. So within a span of 10min around 200 seats got booked, can anyone tell me how is this possible? Even so why IRCTC shows wrong information about availability? Only today tickets for 15th Oct 2015 is opened and within 7-8 min all booked. Even SL,2AC and 1AC is also booked. Is IRCTC working only for travel agents? So that they book all the tickets for festive season even before its opened for common people?

e-ticket booking problem for tatkal

Sir, During booking for e-ticket on tatkal service on 13/06/2015 (ticket for 14/06/15) at 10am the net service of IRCTC failed for 5-7minutes (i.e. from 10am to 10.05am) & the ticket of my desired train exhausted during that time. I strongly feel this intentional .Kindly try to enquire this act ,whether a technical fault by coincidence or deliberate mischief by some one. I may go for a written RTI subsequently if not satisfied . thanks

Activation link, password

Yesterday,I was registered myself through online and it was stated that activation code, password has been sent to mail but it was not sent. I have tried several times and every time the same song was repeated. Please let me know whether it will take one day/month/year to receive the same in my mail.
