Refund of Extra Debited Amount

i hv bocked the tkts hvng pnr no.2624207676 bonking dt. 11/8/2014 tra. ID 100000050223456 D.O.J. 14/08/2014 & pnr no 2525047444 boking dt. 03/09/2014 tra.ID 100000067052133 D.O.J. 01/10/2014 from to NDLS To LKO on 12 /08 /14 .total amt.
= tkt fare +srvs tax 11.24 total amt 196.24. but amt.debited in my acc.207.48 / Extra 11.24 x 2 = 22 .48 pl.credited refund amt in my same account.so i req u to take proper action in this matter. Statement include,

non availability of senior citizen quata

ref. to the subject above i prasanta kumar bagchi wants to bring to your notice that i tried my level best to book railway ticket through irctc portal. in the availability of birth of indian railways it was seen that there is no confirmed ticket in the required train in general quota but confirmed ticket is available in the lower birth quota. the IRCTC portal allow us to book only in general quota for which we are facing lots of problems. I am 64 years old. Though Railways has allowed special (Lower birth ) quota, due to non availability of the option in the irctc portal we are not in a position to avail the quota. hope the IRCTC authority will look into the matter and resolve the problem faced by senior citizens. I would also grateful to IRCTC if they send a mail to my e mail address below

I have booked through E-Ticket today from Ernakulam Town to Chennai for travelling on 07.09.2014 by train name TVC PREMIUM. But, I have not got any SMS or E-mail from IRCTC but the account number 6819000100007899 of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK is debited for Rs.1,034/- I request you to refund the money immediately.

Needs to Refund Money

Hi Sir,
I have booked a ticket for Pallavan Train from Tambaram to Trichy(100000067320666-IRCTC_NEW) check number :904100150 ,Date :04 Sep 2014 and amount : Rs 161.24+Rs 11.23 =Rs 172.47.

I doesn't get the Pnr status for the train ,but my amount is get withdrawn from my account through e-ticket booking.
kindly please refund this amount.
