Refund of Money

Dear Sir, I booked a ticket from Jammu to New Delhi on 03-06-2014 through online,immediately the amount (Rs 5762.47)is debited in my account.But so far neither i got the ticket nor refund of Rs. 5762.47 in my account, which is debited in my a/c under the transaction for booking the ticket from Jammu to New Delhi in Jammu Rajdhani train no.12426.Please take the necessary action about the refund of money.

No sbi debit option irctc

Sir its very poor that most user of sbi bank cannot book irctc ticket
Its shame on you that irctc is not giving big bank on debit card bank no axis bank , no sbi debit option
Plz help you are helping agent

Not able to get my bank

Dear Sir/ Mam,
Greetings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a regular IRCTC portal user , but today I was not able to book my ticket as there was no option for SBI Visa cum Debit Card, the bank list was having only 8 banks, and we were not able to booked our tickets. Kindly see to it and do the needful as earlier there were so many banks option available.

Not able to file TDR

Myself and wife travelled from Chennai to Madurai in train No.12631 on 30.05.2014. We have booked the ticket vide PNR NO.4509196669 IN SECOND AC. Due to non availability of coach we are compelled to travel in THIRD CLASS AC and accordingly TT issued the certificate for travel in lower class vide Receipt No. 043531.

I am not able to claim refund in filing TDR for difference in fare travelled. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

Heavy Charge on ticket

Dear Sir,
I booked a ticket on 30 May 14 for train no. 04022 and got e-ticket as per following details:
PNR No.2159105691
From New Delhi to Gorakhpur
Date of Journey- 07 Jun 14.
Total passengers- 03
Fare charged-11070, sc:22.47+PG chgs

The maximum fare for one person as shown on Indian Railway website is 1400 including tatkal.
My question is why I have been charged this much amount? On asking your customer care no he told that fares applies dynamically. Then you must show on the ticket the exat amount before you ask for payment by debit card as shown during booking other e-tickets. Your custumer care centre told that cancellation is also not possible.

You are reqested to refund the extra charged money or cancel my ticket.
