Ewallet

Hi,

Please note that i am trying to create the ewallet account to my IRTC login, but i was surprised to see that your first name was not correct. i tried all combinations of my name in the pan card but no success. please advise to create ewallet account ..

Money Deducted fm Dr Card But Ticket not issued

Dear Sirs,
10 Min back I booked two tickets as under :Train number 10714 Hyderabad Pune Exp; travel Dt 31 Dec 2013 ; . 2 passengers . . . S S Bhamburkar & Urmila Katti
The Payment was made Using SBI ATM cum Debit Card : Card holder name - Katti Urmila . Card Number- 6220180188000163363. Issue dt -Jan 2011 .
Whle filling in the card details for making payment I kept on getting msg " Pl fill in correct Dates "
While this process was going an SMS was received " Thank You for using your SBI Debit Card 622XX3363 for a purchase worth 1387 on POS SBIRCTC at IRCTC txn # 333885412879 "
How ever, no ticket was issue. Nor any email received at my email account " majorssb@ rediffmail.com "

I wd highly appreciate if u could kindly issue the tickets immediately.
Just for ur information , I have been using this card for booking e-tickets for the last few years .

money deducted pnr of ticket not issued

This is to bring to your notice that today 02-12-2013, I booked E ticket Sleeper Class from Aluva to Thanjavur (Date of Journey : 13/12/2013, 2 passengers). After money had been deducted from account, session timed out appeared on the screen. I found that Rs 501 deducted from the account . But no pnr was issued. The Transaction Id is : 0804809193. The status was "Not Booked". The Refund Details showed that "Payment not received from Bank".

non-delivery of i-tickets booked through irctc within the time

Sir,

I booked 2 I-tickets both ways through IRCTC on 28th November 2013 at 0715 hrs. and I received an email stating that the tickets would be delivered through courier and if the tickets are not delivered within 36 hours, I could e-track the same in the courier details page of the website or could contact the 24/7 customer care. Now the time is 0725 hrs. on 30th November, 2013 and the customer care number is unattended and I could not locate the courier details of the webpage. As both of us, the booked passengers, would be away from home for most part of the day to-day, we may not be available for the courier person to handover the tickets. The following are the PNR Nos. of the tickets:-

4157586284 - Train No.16184
4257586255 - Train No.16853

As the tickets have not been delivered even after 48 hours and as we would be away today, it might take another 12 hours, it is not fair on the part of the IRCTC to hold the Service Charges of Rs.88/- (Rs.22/- per ticket) collected during the booking of the ticket and the i-tickets may be treated as if they were booked as e-tickets and the service charges collected be refunded. This may please be confirmed by SMS.
