not getting full information related to train

Remove my account

My name is Sandhya Rani, I have created account "Sandhya_8k" with wrong email address. Due to which I can't get logged into my account.

I have created another account "rani_kona" which I can able to login, but because of first account I can't give the same mobile number.

So kindly delete my first account so that I can able to update mobile number.

Mistake on email address while register !

I am Manyan ADV

I have newly registered in IRTC with my new mobile no. 9962933399 and got mobile verification code also. While registering, made a mistake at mail.

Mistake is : - advmanyan1@yahoo.in
Correct is :- advmanyan1@gmail.com

So kindly correct my advmanyan1@yahoo.change in to *advmanyan1@gmail.com*.

not refund of my tdr amount

dear irctc i durga prasad nayak i have tdr file 3 tickets of 3tier ac on 8/08/14 due 2 train cancelled .bording date 06/08/14 from damanjodi to balangir in train no 18006 jagdalpur to howrah express.pnr-no=6532406669, transacation id=100000043297923. ihve alredy tdr filed and contact with ur costmer care they said my tdr reason is reject but the train is cancelled due to landslide between koraput rayagada so kindly reqest u sir plz recheq my application an refund my amount durga prasad nayak, 9437274319

IRCTC - Stupid way to reset password

I am unable to reset my password of IRCTC. I don't remember the security answer. Because of that I am not able to reset. This is stupid, dono who designed it in this manner. Hmmmm now a days even we can reset internet banking and gmail just using the mobile number. Who will remember the password and details of IRCTC ???? Normally people rarely use all these things.
Why can't they change this stupid way of resetting password? Also unable to create a new account because either mobile is already registered or email is registered. Email we can make new one but mobile should I take a new sim card just for registering a new account in IRCTC? Sooooo iritating yaarr.... vinodstanur at gmail dot com

ewallet password forgetted

Amount not refund

I booked a ticket for 1 person in GITANJALI EXPRESS Transaction ID: 100000062918715 and HOWRAH MUMBAI MAIL
Transaction ID: 10000006299493115. But I cancel those tickets and Your are showed money refunded on 6th September but till now my amount is not credit in my account. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

Extra money debited

I booked a ticket for 4 person in LLT SHALIMAR Expres.
Transaction ID: 100000042875049 but status show " 4 Booked"
the a/m Rs.2866.09 has been deducted from my a/c while paying on line and Rs 766 was charged extra amount.
Kindly refund the extra amount charged in addition to the cost of the tickets.
