REGISTRATION NOT COMPLETED

I TRIED THREE/FOUR TIME TO REGISTER MYSELF WITH YOU. BUT ALWAYS IT FAILED ON SOMANY REASONS.

NOW PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I TRY TO REGISTER, I GET MESSAGE THAT YOUR BOTH CELL NOS. ARE ALREADY REGISTERED. PLEASE GET MY BOTJ NO. FREE TO TRY AGAIN TO REGISTER WITH YOU.

No intimation reg non confirmation of Wait List tkts in Train No 12301 AC Ist class

I booked online reservation tickets journey from Kolkata to New Delhi for journey dt 17.02.2014 in the name of Debmalya Sinha & Tapasi Sinha through IRCTC. At the time of booking wait list nos were 09 & 10 in AC First class. Train No 12301 Howrah -New Delhi Rajdhani Express. PNR No 6327374049 .Total Fare amount Rs 6925 for the above journey
I could not perform the journey as our tickets were not confirmed & checked the latest WAIT List & found that it was came down to 2 & 3 from 9 & 10 As I could not perform the journey due to non confirmation of Tickets,.the amount of Rs 6975/ should automatically refunded to my account & expect a mail from IRCTC to my mail. Same was told by Train Supt.for Train No 12301 .
But so far I have not received any intimation regarding refund of ticket amount . neither through SMS or through e- mail to my mail address debmalya_floex@yahoo.co.in. I have checked the list of confirmed passengers in AC First class H1 & H2 with Train Supt. Mr A Nandi in Howrah station & our names were not in the confirmed passengers List for AC Ist class.
As worried reg. non confirmation of journey ticket plus no communication from IRCTC, I talked IRCTC representative Mr. Girish over phone today evening itself around 19 30 Hrs. Mr. Girish informed me that mail should have reached automatically reg Non confirmation of journey & refund status. Unfortunately neither received any mail to my mail address nor any SMS .reg refund.

In view request you to send mail reg. refund amount to my Credit Card Account. immediately.
Hope IRCTC will act & send e- mail . It involves big money Rs 6975. Matter is serious & need urgent action . please do the needful

failed transaction recovery

on 13 th feb i had done reservation of 14 th feb train no; 12677 ernakulam express , the amount of rs173 had been deducted from my sbi account but didnt recieve ticket , in failed transaction it was stating amount yet to recieve from bank. kindly refund the amount. tansaction id : 0848668512

amount of refund

i booked Shatabdi express (TRAIN NO-12033) on 07-01-2014 which was late by more then 3 hrs.its scheduled time was 6:00 but it was late by 8 hrs.so i should be eligible to receive 100% refund since i did not travelled in the train and i filed the tdr around 10:00 and i received only 50% amount as refund. PNR NO-2454808675 and seat no alloted was C8 27

e wallet transaction password

respected sir,
This is karthikeya. I always booking my tickets with the help of e-wallet of my irctc account. But to day i entered wrong transaction password. so that e wallet system shows temporally blocked.How much time it will be take for re open. irctc eWallet

I deposited 1000 in e wallet on 5th feb 14. but due to network problem the transaction was not completed. the amount deducted from my bank. in the e wallet it was showing to pending for settlement from bank. know it showing the transactions failed. but my bank is not yet credited the amount.
1. how many days will take to return the same to my bank from irctc.

dear sir on 03rd Feb 14 i have booked a tatkal ticket for a journey in Train no.12797 for my father through irctc, and made a payment through SBI net banking the amount was deducted from my account and the ticket was not booked and because of this i missed the chance to book the ticket, hence his connecting journey to kochi was affected by this problem and further we have to cancel all our tickets. VERY BAD SERVICE. and please tell us how many days it will take to refund the amount and all the amount should be refunded because this the problem of the IRCTC and no internet charges or any other charges be deducted.
please attend at the earliest.

tdr amount ggm approved but not reflected to my account

Dear sir/madam,I,MD IJAHARUL HAQUE,book my e-ticket from Katihar jn. to delhi of 23 oct. 2013 with pnr no.6224264571 but train not come on time and passanger not travelled and I file tdr on the same date 23 oct,2013 and it approved by GGM and amount (1260) was refunded on 23 dec 2013 but it was not reflected to my account.Sir/madam, please help me and solve the problem.I shall be obeliged to you for this ever.

Regarding mis using my debit card

kindly request to you that my debit card was misused by some one.some one has booked ticket through IRCTC. when i talk
to P.N.B. help line number they provide me a transaction number c20793727 and told me about more details through IRCTC
so kindly give me the ticket detailsof someone else who misused my debit card.
