On 07-03-2013 I've booked tatkal ticket for 08-03-2013 from Dhanmandal to Eluru but due to network failure and slowness it could not be done in the logged on time as a result I've to rush to the Cuttack Railway Station for doing tatkal ticket for 2 persons after 3 hours I got the message that my tatkal ticket which I tried in the system has been done with my SBI debit card account debited with Rs900/-,hence unnecessarily two tatkal tickets,I have cancelled the tatkal ticket in internet on the same day.As it is due to network failure I request you to refund the amount with the fullest possible as a special case.
Matter is urgent please solve this at the earlist possible
