data card bill payment unsuccessfull

my tata photon data card number is 9282134515. payment details order no#164401522 amount(141.00) &another order number is#164404705 amount is (141.00) .i have payed first time it was unsuccessfull.and i tried second time that also unsuccessfull.
so 282.00rs amount was deducted in my bank account.so kindly refund the amount in my bank account or kindly transfer the amount to my data card bill payment.

required refund of unsuccessful DIsh TV recharge

I deposited Rs.280.00 through netbanking for recharge of DISH TV on 30.10.2013. Even after deudction of money from my HDFC Bank account, the transaction message I got was unsuccessful. The transaction details are - CCAAJ1VYR992-Avenues India Ltd with Ref. No.1030151852. The message I got was that amount will be deposited into may account. Till dater no action has been taken. Pl. do the needful at earliest possible. my conatct details are # 09992158346, 09729001649

recharge unsuccessful but amount debited from account

dear sir/madam,

I recharged my reliance 3g netconnect+data card no.7820936892 on 2/11/13 from Rs.625 my order no:161286148, amount is debited from my account but recharge has not done plz look into the matter refund my money or recharge it

amount debited in paytm.com bt not recharge for my mobile

i recharge on oct 24 ,at 9.46pm (rs.55) and oct 26 ,at 11.13am (rs.55) for my mobile...amount detected in my account .but not found in recharge..so please refund in my bank account.... kindly see into the matter..

Fraudulent Recharge through SBIPG

This is to bring your kind notice that SMS received from Axis Bank on 22.07.2017 at 07.42 hrs, I came to know that from My Axis Bank A/c an amount Rs.1050.00 has been debited without my knowledge. The transaction details are as below:-

PUR/PayTM/SBIPG/210713/21.55

I am unaware of how this transaction has happened. Kindly provide detail of payment made to whose name ,address & telephone no.

Recharge Unsuccessful but amount debited from account

Dear Sir/Madam,

The recharge for my Aircel Mobile 9738600824 of Rs. 100/- was unsuccessful but the amount got debited from my account. My Bank account gives the reference narration of CCA13FTBM828-Avenues India Ltd.
Kindly look into the matter and refund back or make the recharge.
