Faild to recharge my mobile no but balance cut off from bank

I had recharged Rs-300 to my BSNL MOBILE NO 9426932734 through bank of baroda debitcard using Paytm site and I sorry, your recharge of Rs. 300 failed. Rs. 300 is refunded to your paytm cash for subsequent use. So, please refund Rs. 300 to my bank account immediately.

I had recharged Rs-1500 to my Vodaphone mob NO 8826169316 through HDFC bank credit card using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm.

I had recharged RS 50 my RELIANCE mobile no 9395149160 order no 55685802 through SBI debit card i get conformation message from paytm site that my account has been recharged this amount has been cut of from my account but my mobile dose not recharged sir plz refund my amount my bank account.

i had recharged my videocon d2h cus.id no.60313597 for Rs 900/ through sbi net banking via pay.com order no 54177538 and get confirmation from paytm and amount debited in my sbi a/c, but not top up my videocon d2h still now, take immediate action to recharge or refund my amount to my sbi a/c and inform to me to my mobile no.9443631681
