I SEND A NEFT AMT 190000/ ON 26/06/2014 BY UTR CBINH14177543542 BUT BY MISTAKE ON PLACE OF LAST DIGIT 8 WROGLY ENTER 3. I CONTACT BOTH CBI AND ICICI BM. CBI BM SAYS I CONTACT WITH CENTRAL OFFICE AND ICICI BANK BM AND NEFT DEPARTMENT icici . AND YOUR ITL TOWER BM NOT COOPERATE WITH CBI BM AND WHEN I CALL HIM HE SAYS I HAVE NO TIME FOR YOU AND DONOT DISTORBE ME. WHEN TODAY I GO TO BRACH ITL TOWER BM SAYS FALTU TIME BARBAD MAT KARO .WHEN I REQEST HIM HE SAYS GET OUT AND JAO JISASE COMPLAIN KARANA HAI KAR LO.

non-issuance of Dd
First of all I regret to have your precious time but as the matter getting worse
at your Sector-61 Branch Noida,I prefferred to write you directly.I am
ex-banker,residing at Sector-61 Noida only nearer to your branch and having
account of all family members with your bank besides share trading accouns.I
submit hereunder as under:
-I went to your branch to make DD of Rs 150000.00 on behalf of my
daughter,who submitted debit authority letter with my authorisation.
-I submitted the application at branch conter where Ms Neha was handling the
-She at first sight informed me that we can not issue the Dd with out cheque and
if even it is so not without the permission of BRANCH HEAD.
-I waited branch head till 10.30 than asked Neha to take permission over phone
as he identify me in person.
- She obliged and phone to Mr Sunit Mathur,Branch Head who after some
verification asked me to come after half an hout as the same needs
authentication from senior person.Mr Mathur was sick and he advised me that his
Deputy will come to branch within half an hour,so please come after 30
minutes.He on the same line instructed Neha.
-I after one hour reached to your branch,but to my surprise Neha informed that
we can not issue branch.I asked them to give me in writing,she obliged with it.
-I really feel very sorry to see these type of affairs of ICICI Bank which I
never thought of it.
-I asked them that account holder,my daughter Bhavna is presently at
Singapore,if you want to talk to her,I can facilitate,but they have not cared at
all.I do not know what type of customer service she is providing although her
designation is CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER.
-I need DD today,so I request you to please instructed them to arrange it today
and let them deliever at my house.
-I ATTACH HEREWITH SCAN COPY OF APPLICATION WITH BRANCH REMARKS FOR YOUR
LOOKING FORWARD YOUR RSPONSE IN THE MATTER SHORTLY.
