lots of disturbance.

I m having den cable connection in laxmi nagar (delhi). They r having lots of disturbance during broadcast and most of the channels got blocked. Plenty of time I have made a complaint to my local cable operator but he didn't take any action, he only replied that this problem happens from den cable office at okhla. After making call to them they didn't received the call. I m facing this problem from last 15 days, but no solution till now. I must say they r having very pathetic and horrible service. Hath way cable service has been more reliable than den cable.

Den Cable

I have two Den Cable Set top connection. From the last one week only one set top box is working, other is totally down.Please rectify the problem at the earliest. Thanks.

DEN network is not able to serve its customers as last 4 week either signals don't come or if they come the picture wont come properly....................local service provide is unable to resolve the issue at all even i have tried the customer care number.my mobile nmb is 9125115631

cable operator not working properly

My residental is in shahdara delhi and from last month dated 02-09-2013 my den was not working properly and i had launghed a complained to my cable operator against this and he was taken our den on dated 07-09-2013 from us and told us that it will return you with in 2-3 days but it was not received by us and we remind him so many times for return it but always he replied that den was sent to company for repairing.
My cable operator name is Rakesh and his office situated in Jain mandir gali shahdara delhi
So please take some necessary action on my mail.

Set op box not working till last & very Poor Reply

First I call to cable op-rater on may for Set-op box, that came on 2 nd week june. then whole 1 & half month my set-op box not working. this is the first incidence.
Same my set op box not working from last week, I am try to rich cable op-rater for resolve my issue & Start the Set op box but his Mobile is continue switch off. I am getting 2 no but both no are not respond. I have Received one Yellow card, there have add no of chembur off. That no is 022-25281216 , I am call on this no from last 5 Days there are attend my call name is Sayali. First she taking very lightly, i think she don't have knowledge to how to speak with the client, I am call on everyday 2 to 3 time but reply was very poor & unsatisfactory. She gave me the no of false commitment. today last i ask to her give the sr. person no or ple transfer the phone, she quickly cut the phone then not attend the call only ringing. then i am try to get no from Google. there are aonther no is 022-6128999 I call on this no, chandan sing attend the call, this is not den off no & he cut the phone Really I done understand how to handle the customer. I am totally Frustrated & unsatisfied.
Please give the Suggestion or do the needful.

dilshad garden delhi-110095,me den cable ka mr, parveen arora,mbl,no,9312401402 oprater he, single oprater hone k Karen consumers ko bhut tarcher krta he, kbhi bhi bina kisi Karen kisi ka bhi network bend kr deta he ,aur complaint kro to badtmeezi krta he, ek consumer L-45C me two widows he,one old lady about 85 ys old. last five days se cable bend tha, oprater ne uski complaint pr usne after five days k baad bhi temporary solution kiya.about fifteen days pahle hi isne unse rs.1400/- illegal liye the. knyoki iska servant always monthly charge collectin krta he,

SET UP BOX Activation stoped by cable operator since last 2 months and 7 days

Set up Box MAC No. 34BD FA5FA3FA was purchased on Nov 12 by cable opr at Rs 1400/-. I stayed at House No. 324/2 Air Force (AF) Bamrauli Allahabad (from Nov 12 to Jun 13) at present I have changed my location outside AF to Mundera, Allahabad. Mr Amar Jyoti Gupta earlier cable opr of AF demanded his set up box back on the cost of Rs 700/-. Which I refused to hand over to him because out side, my new cable opr Mr Raju STAR VISION opr has connected my cable on 01 Jul 13 and taken Rs 200/- (100 for connection & 100 Monthly charge for the month of Jul 13). On 10 Jul my cable become U/S and when I concerned with Mr Raju, he replied that Pl contact Mr Alok Shankar Mishra JE of Allahabad DEN network. I met with Mr Alok & submitt my activation form, but no response came out. After that I made a complaint to customer care help line and lodge complaint more that 10 complaints.Contected to your senior supervisor also but no action was taken till date.
At last I came to the conclusion after 2 months & 7 days that DEN company is handled by Mr Gupta & Alok, because till date no action was taken against them and I have no option rather than to break my SET UP box by through out side.
But still I want to give you advice that your company is going to get bad name due to this type of people working under you.

LCO in not Cooperating

Hello Dear,

i am Umang, resident of meerut city now transferred to new delhi, i had purchased a DEN set top box (MAC ID : 24767D79542A) & Serial No : 400012328025961, few months back but not installed, now i want to use that in delhi but the local operator is clearly denying to do that ans asking to buy a new one from them. i had called Den CC no 18004192020 & confirmed that my Set top box in not used & i can use it but LCO is not supporting. plz help.

i hope i will find resolution asap after logging complaint on this platform.

after 10 pm half of the channel not receving a signal

my self mr devi dayal bansal i want to say that from last 2 months everyday after 10pm more than half channel does not recieve a signal i have complaint so many times but they have not check till now. kindly listen my request as early as possible

Cable Not working last 8 days

Set Top Box not recieving English Channels

I am subscriber of DEN Cable Network and my Set Top Box developed some problem and our cable operator (M/s Chaudhary Cable 09871299255, 09350554415, 0987124915) has now installed another used Set up box. This newly installed set up box now does not recieve english channels though I opted for Plan Rs.270/- per month but to date to no avail. I had sent the SMS to M/s Chaudhary Cables 5 days back but to date no action has been done.

Dear Sir,
I do have two Den set top box and one of which was repaired 2nd time within a month time. Now my cable operator has replaced my faulting set top box which was earlier repaired with another used set top box with another smart card number. The issue now is that it is not getting English movies channels and some other channels, though I had opted for Rs.270/- Plan. I have notified my cable operator M/s Chaudhary Cables (987129955-m & 09871249151-M) with the problem i am facing he in response said to sms him the said smart card no and serial no of set top box which i did.

Den network is a freak show - nobody does care. They don't have control over their cable operators and on us of their doings. If somebody does care my Den Serial No.319911075004053, NDS Serial No.5944724698482422 and Smart Card No.000007291263. My contact number is 9873275003-M. - Magesh
