I would like to speak to a lawyer who has seen their docs and found their fake marketing and legal docs?

WARNING
The owner of this company Mr. Sachin was in jail for nearly 1 and half year. He had owned a company by name Frontier groups and the company was closed because he has assured his customers 10% dividend for the invested amount. He closed the company and fled in February 2009, case was registered in commercial street police station. Later he was caught by police in Mumbai and was sent to jail. THE CASE IS STILL PENDING IN HIGH COURT.
His wife's name Disha Choudhury is not a real name. Her name is Ayesha and she is a Muslim girl, who is cheating people by other name and religion.
BEWARE !!!

Hi Friends, Thank you very much for sharing your experience here. It is really a very use full information. I was about to enquiry in there BTM Layout office for there project, after reading this, i felt that its a waste of time to visit there & its one of the fraud builders in Bangalore. shekhar,rajesh : I 100% agree with your given comments.

I visited three sites and all are not started till now...do not go for Dreamz....it is totally seems fraud company.
it is highly impossible to give the flat at cheapest rate 15lac(950 sqFt) in Bangalore.

DreamzGK probable fraud. REASONS
I came across an ad in the form of handbill in newspaper THE HINDU dated 24th march 2013 where they were selling DREAMZ SANSTHAN flats in HSR Layout. I am listing reasons of why this company can be fraudulent.
1. In ad they say they have 90 flats for 16 lakh INR (850 sqft 2 BHK) and also 1 lakh people want flats in DREAMZ Sanshtan. So can you be the one is the question asked in that ad.
--When I visited their Silk Board Office for the same project they told that only 50 flats are available and not 90 and they will be selling only 10 flats at this price in pre launch offer.
-- In ad it was 850 sqft, but in their brochures it was 950 sqft
-- If they have 1 lakh people already, why will they post ad and waste money.
-- When I asked them they said we have launched this project 2 days before. And land agreement (mind it - NOT REGISTRATION) happened just 2 days back. Then how the hell can they have 1 lakh customers in 2 days according to that ad??
2. Their Marketing executive (or whatever) someone name Soumya called me 4-5 times to ensure that I have once visited their office. Why will a large builder group having more than 30 projects in the hotspots of city do that?
3. The land cost in that area is near to 7k-8k Rs/sqft. How can they sell 950 sqft fully constructed flat with all amenities like party hall gym pool and all in just 16 lakhs? If you get land at 7000rs/sqft the land itself costs you 66.5 lakhs. (Though they will be constructing 4 flats in that area(G+3) still it seems impossible)
4. The company is just 18 months old and it has more than 30 projects and it has not completed a single project. They have just a model flat at silk board. Purvankara an established construction company in Bangalore has completed 18 projects in 38 years and currently 6 are under construction (so 24 in total). How does it make sense?
5. When asked to one of the sales executive initially he says 3 flats are booked. then when I asked about which flats are booked so that I can choose my flat, then he says only 1 flat is booked. When I asked how the money is to be paid, he himself was confused. Till I asked other questions he was a bit uncomfortable. But when I asked his favourite question "Why are you selling so cheap as compared to other builders?", he seemed to be very happy as if he was totally prepared for this question and was knowing answer to only this question. But the answer he gave for this question was some random stuff beyond my understanding.
6. And as rightly pointed by jitendra, why specifically in complaint board will anybody give positive feedbacks of the company that also with same title, same day and same alias name (sirname/name/some number) like AmitShekhar538 , BhushanShashi387. seems everything is setup.
People beware before investing.

Hi Guys,
Looks like Ravikharbanda58 , Neerajsingh680 , Amitshekhar538, Singhhemadri340 are also part of DreamZ GK,
What I heard from the executives was they still haven't completed any of the project.. only dreamz which is behind silk board with model flat is yet to complete in other 6 months.. then how can the above mentioned customers can say that they are happy with their newly bought house.. lOl

Dear All,
I am Jyothi. Last Saturday ie. 9th March 2013, my husband & myself visited DreamzGK silk board office. We enquired about kormangala project. A sales executive took us for a site visit, they showed 2 projects in Kormangala. We like newly launched project ie. Sankirthan. Then we went back to silk board office to talk about the price, manager told this particular project is not yet confirmed. Our Lawyer asked some clarification blah blah blah....He tried to convince us to take other kormangala project. We clearly told, we want sankirthan & will wait till the lawyer final decision.
Then sales executive told different story. The land owner is demanding more money so it’s on hold, wait for a week. In this case, manager version is different from sales executive.
Totally fishy, everyone talks differently. Initially they told other kormangala project if fully booked, no availability. Later manager tried to convinces to take in the same project.
Be care full & take a decision.
