I had done a courier through DTDC From Ballabgarh (faridabad) To Karnal on 11/04/2013. But it is not arrived to destination till date and till time(15/04/2013). It's docket No. is Z86923113.

I ordered a book from homeshop18. The order no. was 924123413. They shipped the product through DTDC courier with consignment No X02022321.

I recieved a call from DTDC Dhanbad to collect the mail from their office at Digwadih. When I went there to receive the mail, they told me that it was not there and i should collect it from Dhanbad office. I came back home as Dhanbad is around 20Kms from my home.When I came back home, I received a call from Foosbangla branch that I will have to come to Foosbangla branch to collect the mail.

This consignment has to be delivered at my doorstep, and now I am being made to run from one corner of the city to another. All other courier services have door delivery at my home. Please arrange the delivery of my mail at my home or remove the pin code 828135 from the list of your deliverable areas so that the seller can send the mail through other courier services.

Kindly arrange for the delivery of the mail at my home.

My courier No. A25729623 from Ahmedabad was received at Gorakhpur office on 04.04.2013. It is disgusting to say that your tracking status was still showing "In Transit" any way I called up at your Gorakhpur Office No. 9369084414 on 05.04.2013 in the evening and i was surprised to know that my courier had been received one day prior and the were planning to send my courier back to Ahmedabad, on asking they replied that they did not send to the addressee neither they had bothered to make a call on the given number. Now you can understand the bloody kind of services the promise to provide.. To hell with this kind of services.

This is bring your notice that consignment was delivered from Kota Rajasthan via DTDC Courier service on 02.01.2013 and with the no:Z78823147 Kota to Jharsuguda Orissa and same has not been received in Jharsuguda till 17th of Jan'13.I have contacted the DTDC team several time. but all in vain

I have not received a satisfactory explanation on enquiry on the status. This is really pathetic situation i am facing from a reputed courier agency and hope the authorities should be more responsible.
