Please help me my query soon,
I have deposited ch.no.252085 ICICI, amt 12,186, date.20/7/2013 in HDFC Ashok Nagar-Lingampally branch. It was not cleared..again i went to the bank, they told it was missed somewhere...again u can deposit one more cheque..so i did stop payment and another cheque deposited on HDFC Miyapur branch on 7/8/13 ch.no.252089, amt 12,186, they send that cheque to HDFC life on 8/8/13, that concerned executive (Kumar -9392549063) handover to HDFCLIFE Ranigung branch, they received on 10/8/13...between this period i hv called many times to customer care...to conform the statusof the cheque..they told the cheque haven't received it...i talked with Naresh, chaitanya, Kartheek, swapna, Naik and one more lady..today i went HDFC Miyapur bank talked with Radhika she is employee in HDFC miyapur branch..she conformed with them..they are telling its insufficient amt...when i checked in my bank my account balance is 17000, and she told to talk Begumpet branch employees...again i called to Begumpet brach..i explained them clearly..they even bother to response properly...they told clearly that they don't have any info about that..conform with customer care...again i called to Ecil HDFC bank..they told its some where miss communication...please write a mail...after conforming them...the amt is 12,587...if i pay through online 12,306...here i want to know..why i need to pay additional amt...when i am paying on time...they received the cheque on 10/8/13.but even they didnt make to clear becuase office is shifted to Ranigung to Begumpet..during this time...it has take long time nearly 20days of time...now they are telling to pay additional amount..please tell me how come they send back and how come misuse cheque...this is really irr-responsible employees in HDFC..when i am calling they are replying otherwise...no answer from them...now i need immediate response that...from my side when everything is clear and also i am keep on following-up with them...how can i pay additional amt...tell me...i need the solution from u....if not i have all the proofs with me...i will go to consumer court and resolve it.
even yesterday also i did my online payment amount of 12,200..one executive her name is gajeshwari...she even bother to read the mail..straight way she is telling that amt has not received...again i conformed with ICICI bank, they told it has been debited on their account..again i called to Naid...that he told it has cleared...also i have attached screen short for reference purpose.
now tell me...how you will resolve this solution...or tell me..higher authority mail or mobile number i will talk to them clear my issue.
