I am a Central Govt. employee & applied for Aadhar Card during the month of July/ August 2011 when posted at Shimla(H.P.). I didn't received the Aadhar card till January 2012. Thereafter, I shifted to Delhi as posted on transfer to Delhi. Unfortunately I lost the Aadhar Card receipt also during the shifting. I am mentioning my Shimla address & PAN No. for scanning the same and please intimate whether it is traceable or I have to apply for fresh Aadhar Card.

Three members of my family enrolled in aadhar on 27.10.2011. Only my wife has received the aadhar card whose enrolment no. was 1193/84052/03572 Date: 27/10/2011 13:02:02 after three / four months but till date we two mean myself and my child have not yet received the same. Mentionable that our correspondence or communication postal address have changed since last few months as mentioned during enrolement and one mistake has also been done by the enrolling officer by not mentioning the mobile no. in my daughter's ( Riya Rakshit) sheet. Grateful if you kindly despatched two aadhar card after contacting with us so that I can provide you the current postal / communication address. Due to security reason i have not mentioned my postal address here. However we have mentioned our enrolement details. It is also requested that the mobile no. given in resident copy of Ratan Kumar Rakshit may please be mentioned in your computer data in respect of Riya Rakshit also. We have tried two times two download the same from aadhar portal but unable to do so.
