not properly of vehicle service
i buy activa honda from arneja honda batala road amritsar but their service is no satisfactory due to waiting.there is problem in battery and they tell us for exchange it with in 4 days but 1 week is pass so they not contact us so please exchange it immidiately

SIR,
I have purchased activa to SWATI AUTO ENGINEERS, LINK ROAD, SAHARANPUR (UTTAR PRADESH).We gave activa on service 25/04/12 and they dont give in 3 days and earlier now there will be a 7 days gone but they dont give on respective day. I have face so much problem I want to go my office as far as 8 km daily.and return back also so I have face so much problem, please take strictly action to SWATI AUTO ENGINEERS, LINK ROAD, SAHARANPUR.
As much as soon reply in few hours another wise I will take action regarding to your company in protection of law .

poor customer service
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I had just come from your Service Centre which is located at Chunniganj, Kanpur. I had given my Activa for servicing in the morning at 11:00 a.m to one of your supervisor named Mr. Janak Raj. When I checked my activa, it was totally dusty in the front portion as well as the back end portion. When I called the supervisor, he told me that this is the colour of ur activa and not the dust and then I showed him the dust after taking it with my finger. Your supervisor called the cleaner and he himself went to watch the Cricket Match on TV. And your one of the staff told me that they don't have the time to see each and every vehicle whether they are being washed or not. I must say the level of services which are being provided now a days by your employees at this specific service centre is zero at the moment. And not only me, around 5-6 customers were arguing with ur staff just b'coz of their third class services. I have been taking the services by your service centre since last three years, but now its not worth going to your Chunniganj Service Centre. Its a kind request kindly take some action against Mr. Janak Raj and one more thing, ur supervisor has lots of attitude but he doesn't know how to provide services to the customers. I'm also working in Corporate Sector from last 3 yrs in Admin Dept, so I know how customer handling is done.

not at get call from office
Dear Sir/Madam,
this is srinivasa reddy, citizen of vijayawada.my father booked an honda activa bike 2 months before. But still now we didnt get any call from office and manufacture dept. when my father went to vijayawada show room , they inform to us like that pay full amount and bike will come in short. why they r not ready to say one particular like 4 ddays or one week. in vijayawada showroom get bike with in 2 or 3 days if we paid extra money to brokers....its came in vijayawada news paper also.. if we are going in process it will take minimum 1 year. So please take a proper action

my maternal sister miss megha vaidya booked honda activa on 10/08/2011, receipt no 17144 from harison's motors, nagpur road, wardha, 442001, ph 253055, 253044, fax:253055
but due to some financial she was unable to purchase that vehicle.so on behalf of myself rajesh holgare want to purchase that vehicle so consult with them & they said you bring her appraroval letter that she is willing to give booked activa to mr.rajesh holgare & also bring her election card.first of all they are ready to me vehicle but when asked them that i don't want accesories then they told that they send to company approval but when after four day i again consult they said you purchase vehicle on her name only .
so please help on this issue as early as posible

Re : BOOKING NO M-15251 thru Om Sai Auto World, Mahim, Mumbai
Sir,
I had booked Activa Scooter on 9-12-10 after having paid Rs. 1000/- and paid the balance amount on11-10-11 and was informed that the delivery would be effected within approximately one, to one and a half month. I had accordingly made my travel arrangements for the first week of December 2011.
21st November2011
I contacted Om Sai ( one Mr. Rajesh tel 02224469010) who informed me that I had to contact M/s Shetty (Tel 96194294460).
24th November 2011
I called M/s. Shetty who assured me that I would be allotted one from the consignment arriving in the last week of November 2011, provided I am prepared to accept any colour. I agreed for the same.
On 29th November 2011
I submitted notorised copies of my pan card and voter ID card and was informed by Om Sai that the delivery would be effected by 6th December 2011.
6th December 2011
I approached Om Sai and was informed that the vehicle is already loaded on the 29th of November and would be arriving in a day or two and that I could collect the vehicle on 10-12-11.
9th December 2011
I called Om Sai - Mr.SUNIL to confirm; after confirming with M/s SHETTY, Mr.SUNIL informed me that I could collect the vehicle on 10-12-11 by 6 pm.
10 December 2011
I went to collect the vehicle; after deliberating for 40 minutes M/s. SHETTY informs me that vehicle is not ready AND THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THE VEHICLE ONLY ON 25-12-11..

FOR YOUR KIND CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION.
I am giving below an account of the events that enfolded in Om Sai's Mahim office.
I urge you to carefully study the contents and initiate appropriate action as I believe this experience was shared by many of your clients at Om Sai's Mahim Office
I am forced to bring this to your notice due to immense inconvenience and trauma caused to me due to the callous nature of staff;-
1. I was to travel on the 6th of December.
Om Sai's office was informed well in advance.
This trip had to be postponed.
2. On 09-12-11 I was told to collect the vehicle on 10-12-11.
On reporting at om sai's office I was told that the vehicle is not available.
Kindly request the staff concerned as to:
a) where the vehicle is (as according to om sai's office the said vehicle was despatched from Delhi on the 29th of November).
b) has it been diverted to some other party?
3. Now I am told to collect the vehicle on 25 December 2011.
This, inspite of informing om sai's office that I am not available in Mumbai till the 3rd of January, 2012
Kindly intimate the arrangements your office intends to make to deliver the said vehicle and how will I be compensated for the trauma, loss of time and financial loss incurred by me.
I kindly request you to assess the situation in an unbiased manner and placing yourself in my position.
