Non-Satisfactory warranty policies

I bought Honda Unicorn in the March, 2009. And my bike got some problems in front and rear suspension as they got defected within 10 months from purchase. It was purchased from Pathak Honda, Jaunpur, UP. Front shocker defected in first 6 months as it got a scratch line near its "oil seal" and from that particular time I was trying to get its claim for replacement of that shocker, as I was told that it is coming with 2 years of warranty, but I got replacement 9-10 months after my complaint. In the meanwhile I was informed that there is no any shocker available in the showroom / service center and was continuously changing my oil seals and oils from open market, where i have paid around 1500.00 INR during that period.

Secondly in the very 12th month after purchase its rear suspension got cracked. Please underline that i never used to ride more than 2 riders at a time till date, also I was driving on city & good condition roads but I was shocked watching that its rear suspension got cracked. Anyway I came to showroom and they told me to pay money to change it at once as it was not safe to move bike on broken suspension, owner Mr Pathak requested me to pay for that at the time and he will claim for that and I will get the complete refund of that part, as it would take a time to take the claim also they took photos of my bike from different angles till date it never had any type of accident. After 12-13 months I got 650.00 INR only as the compensation of that second case. They told me that it is the amount returned by company as per the articles of warranty saying that there is some cut in the amount of 1850.00 INR for its change.

I want to know why should I pay for a manufacturing defect, is there any responsible person who can reply me for that.

aap log ko jab service ka matlab he nahi malum to service kyu karte ho 14 months me 5 baar service kara chuka hu aaj tak agae na peeche ke wheel abhi tak nahi khole gaye aap service nahi majaak karte ho maene to puri raat sadk par kati hai pera pahiya panchar ho gya Lucknow me panchar ho gya jab mai panchar banwane gya to pahiya ki sapat nikal he nahi rahi thi to kisi ne meri gari ka panchar nahi banaya maine raat sadak par bitai fir mai auto Mackinac ke pass gaya waha par maine gari ka kaam kraya

M.P. 43 dm 2780 "me self start or kick ki problem ahh rhi hai bike 20/7/2012 ko purchase ki hai,4 servising ho gai hai lekin gadi me aah rhi problem ko abi tak solve nhi kiya gya hai jisme me raat ko drive ar rha tha raste me hi bike kharab ho gai jiski wajah se mujhe gadi whi park kr bus se ana pada.iski kick kai baar jaam ho chuki hai or self b kharab ho chuka hai or iski last servising 27/2/2013 hi hui hai or is ick problem ka bhi solution nhi hua hai ajj fir raste me jab kick jaaam ho gai to pareshan ho kr apni shikayat app ko mail kr rha hu.meri i problem ka solution jald hi karain.

very poor service and non sensitive staff

my name is dr.avashesh kr pandey,i hve purchased honda cbf stunner bike from deep honda,dist-azamgarh ,that was run only 30 thousands km,there was sound coming frm front head lamp,for this i went service centre[deep honda] 15 to 20 times,but in place of searching the problem or solve the problem they advice me that there is open engine repairing work should be done or,you sold the bike and purchase another bike of other company,this bike is not good for u and the staff of this service centre are very nonsenitive and always get misbehaved with there costumers.one of my friend is going to purchase unicorn bike but due to this i advice him don't get this bike because the after sale service of this company is very poor........ i suffered a lot after purchasing this bike..so,telll me what can i do....... very late service and recieving charge without work done

I have given my honda aviator to the Jugal Kishore Honda faizabad rd. for servicing on 14/1/13,with the complaint of a sound from the rear wheel after insisting many times I received my scooter back on 17 jan during the ride I found out that the complaint was not resolved by them. then I took my scooter to them again on 19 jan they told me that and their staff accepted that the main problem of my scooter was not resolved and the gave us the scooter along with the bill on that day without fixing the rear wheel's pully worth Rs 933 and also took the charge of that part and without informing me they also changed some other parts like bairing 6004,bairing 6203 and 1 more bairing,clutch,belt,rubber.They also took whole bill on 17 jan only that was of Rs 5400, I have again given my scooter to then today(21/1/13) . My complaint to you is that I am feeling cheated and dissapointed by jugal kishore honda.

Signal indication improper working

I was purchased Honda shine bike @ pondicherry before 5 months, now i was observed some issue in my bike during road turn time signal indicater not worked and some the response time is very low, this is happend due to some problem in Relay circuit at on & off time, please help to rectify the problem. we request your immediate response.

maine 03/01/2012 ko activa DLX m/s axis honda 127/W-1, 68-69 saket nagar kanpur se liya tha shuru se hi self start mein problum ho rahi hai aur 1st service maine 16/02/2012 ko karai tab bhi szelf ki problum note karai lekin problum solve nahi hui 2nd serveice 03/05/2012 ko karai, 3rd service 05/08/2012 ko, 4th service 28/10/2012 ko karai problum har szervice par aur har service ke beech mein kai kai baar service station ke chakkar kat kat kar pareshan hota raha lekin meri problum ko solve nahi kiya gaya 20/11/2012 ko teen din ke liye meri scooter activa service station yeh kah kar le li gai ki self aur self se related sari cheeze cheak karni hai teen din ke baad scooter vapas kar di aur battery nikal kar rakh li aaj 14/12/2012 tak mujhe battery nahi di lagbhag har dusre din mein service station ke chakkar lagata hoon par koi bhi mujhe yeh nahi batata ki meri scooter mein problum kis vajah se hai aur kab tak mujhe battery vaapas milegi mujhe to lagta hai ki mein honda ki activa le kar phas gaya hoon mere ghar se service station lagbhag 10 K.M. hai mein bahut pareshaan ho gaya hoon pl. meri problum jald se jald solve karae. Poor after sales service, non availability of spare parts and high service charges

1. The Service Center telephones are not accessible and customer service quality is very poor. The dealer has no curtsy to inform alternate date when its service center was closed on Sunday 18th Nov. 2012.

2. When the Scooter was given for servicing except jam Choke and Kick every thing was normal. But after few hours I got a call that Petrol Cock is not working, New Battery purchased on 31/07/2012 is down, without repairing kick even with Self Starter will not work, the gear comp kick have to be replaced at Rs.217 and and labor charges Rs.120+taxes.

3. Then I was told that the Choke Cable and Petrol Cock is not available and it will not available in a day or two and the scooter will not start unless these two parts will be replaced. I bought it from outside and shown the Gear Comp DR to the mechanic there who said it can be used but by this time it was already replaced.

4. There is no board displayed in the service center for the service charges, price of important spare parts and the services provided under paid service of Rs.350 + Taxes. According to them Carborator cleaning is not included in it.

5. The last service was done in May 12 and all services were done by this Dealer only, I complaint two times that the engine is misfiring on long journey but it was not attended. Ultimately the Scooter did no start about 2 months back then I approached to nearby mechanic and found that the cable connecting to Plug Cap was loose and it has come out. This loose cable was the main problem for misfiring on long journey. IT MADE ABSOLUTELY CLEAR THAT IN THE AT LEAST 2-3 SERVICES CARBORATOR AND PLUG WAS NOT TOUCHED AT ALL AND THE ENGINE FROM INSIDE WAS NOT CLEANED. THE SAME MAY BE CASE WITH SO MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS.

6. When the carborator and plug cleaning is done the fixing of Choke Cable and Petrol Cock is a very small work which should be done free of cost but for this also I was charged Rs.150 & 50 + Taxes. On the contrary I spent Rs.100 petrol of my car to buy Petrol Cock and Choke Cable, which should be deducted from my bill since I have done their work.

7. Now also the scooter is stopping on the signal or when slow down and the firing is not smooth and one can see after opening the dickey the ngine is not cleaned since I bought it in April 2010. Invoice No. 12/W21799 for Rs.970 dated 19/11/2012.

Non sensitive of staff of service station

Honda has done huge extension of sale/authorized dealers in entire country, but the service station are very poor.
1. If u can’t give or don’t want to give free service as per coupon attached why u make fool to people.
2. Staffs are non sensitive at service center.
3. Kindly learn from others who take due care of time and quality of service provided for vehicle.
4. In India everything is taken as granted, but the management of Honda should understand that after purchase of vehicle we just feel we are cheated by a big company whose promo are like offering moon before pre sale.
Matter
I just gave my vehicle for 2nd free service to Hindon Honda, Meerut Road Ghaziabad (U.P.) and was informed that u may pick the vehicle at 1:30pm but till 2:00pm neither the vehicle was touched neither the service officials were sensitive toward their service.
I took my vehicle without service and decided to write officially to Honda for the same and I will keep writing so that the management may open his eyes towards the service and quality of service offered after sale.

Very poor services at Axis Honda

Dear sir
I am very sorry to inform that i have purchased a HONDA TWISTER 0n 7th of June 2012 from the 1st day there was body sound coming from the vehicle i went 15 to 20 times at service center but in place of searching the fault they disturbed all settings even of carbourator . i suffered a lot after that they tighten Kaichi of M Cycle due to which I saved from the accident . after that they found that Below petrol tank there was a clip holding wires was touching in the tank due to which sound was comming. now My kaichi settings are disturbed due to which again yesterday my handel jammed and i felt down please look at the matter very soon due to this problem now again how many times i have to visit service center with in a month for a small problem they made a lot of practicals and gave a very serios problem this is very wrong thing going with me .
