I am mrs. Rupa Chatterjee write now i am staying at 244/3, Deb Banerjee road, Amrabati kol-39. last few days back i am staying at my mother house and address is 161. dr. G.S. Bose roadkol-39 at that time i booked a gas and dealer name is H.P.Sharma and co.and address is 161.Dr.G.S. Bose road kol-39. and conasumer noi is 612614 but at present i dont use my gas du to family problem and holding my gas and used my connection my sister , but dont handover my gas cylender my sister, already inform my distrbuter but distributer told me i an helpless already he told me you go to the police station and lodge complain, i go to the near police station and complain against my siater and name is munmun biswas and address is same and complain date is 21.01.13.

so, i request you to pl reconery my gas and pl. necessary action.

Dear sir/mam,

I am shakti kiran sharma a resident of vasind and using hp gas since 16/12/2000 taluka-shahapur, district-thane.
My consumer no is-610508, dealer code-957770, registration no-3169601.
I used to get gas at home but recently a new gas agency anjali gas has been allotted to deliver gas in vasind, Now they say that they have no
record of me in their book and are not providing me gas from last six months and making us travel to various office for no use.
keeping data and record is there responsibility and i also have my old gas card then also they are not providing me gas.
It is very difficult for me to deal with them.

Kindly look into this matter and take the necessary action as soon as possible and i have also thought of taking legal action against them.
Because for six months they have wasted my time and money and still no result.

dear sir my self SHAIKH ZEESHAN,
sir my uncle had a gas connection on his name,few days back HE expired,now i wish to tranfer the gas connection on my name,
so i visited the dealer with all neccessary documents scuh as AHHEXURE D,DEATH CERTIFICATE,AFFIDAVIT etc,
but the gas dealer/agency officals are not ready for the gas transfer ,they say it cant be done.
so please help.
i have also lodge a complaint on HP GAS PORTAL CONSUMER ZONE,ref no is 12103206.
but till date i have not received any help from gas company
its my humble request for an urgent help !

my self naliniyamma(consumer no 603316, sir i have booked gas for home delivery on 31/08/2012 but till today 07/11/2012 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call no respons from their end and always busy and they are not picking the phone. several times my son gone directly to the gas agency(bahavany agency cherthala , alappuzha dist kerala) but they behave very badly , later i comes to know that they gave cylinder to some persons who was booked in September with receipt of additional amount

kindly do thhe needful for getting gas as early as possible

Dear Sir,

My consumer No. 606438, I have booked refill and I got message on 30.10.2012 that the bill is prepared and the refill will be delivered at any time but so far not received refill. It became a practice to delivery boys stating that the door is locked and they are delivering refill to others for higher cost in black.
