unnecessary deduction of balance by automatically activating vas.

Sir/Ma'am,
I am Ibad Gore. My phone number is 8975330266. My service provider idea is continuously activating my value added services and had charged me around rs.200 for these services. The customer care person is also not willing to lodge any complaint nor refunding my money they charged unnecessarily.
Even today I recharged with 50 but they also deducted by activating some services.
Please help.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am using IDIA service with no 9623381226. today they activated college-fun service without my request also they charge 45 Rs. Aslo when I had ask to CC for create complete 1st they refused but after long mess they create with service no 1-32860427751 CC replied why you’re not using that service till 30 days because already you have been charged by us.

Indian Gov don’t have control on this kind of activity which are happen by service provider to many customer.

network

i am not able to get network from last 3 weeks i gave the complete address and after few days i got a message from idea that the issue has been resolved, i am still facing the same issue so again i spoke with the network team they told me that i have not given complete address which is a lie, they are not even ready to give a complain no of the complain that i made, kindly help

Charge concern with service provider idea

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am using IDEA service with no 9890434413. They activated pre-tones service without my request also they charge 10 Rs. When I had call to CC they replied why you’re not using that service till 10 days because already you have been charged by us.

On 19.02.2013 they are asking for details as below
• Last recharge
• Last recharge date
• Balance
• Frequently called numbers
• Name
• Address
• POI/POA submitted
• SIM Number

Indian Gov doesn’t have control on this kind of activity which are happen by service provider to many customer.
