From last 1 month the rewards card is not swiping in any petrol bunks & they inform me as rewards card are disconnected then what is the use of keep this card & what about my rewards card points.

If I try to log in and file the complaint as part of feedback , the same is not being done.

As suggested by you, I (Mr. Jayen Modi) have sent SMS to 9223052305 for transfer of Reward Points to my new Card No.5001429844 from Old Card No.5000595898

This has been done twice but have not yet received any confirmation / Ref. No. from your end nor have the Reward points been transferred to new card.

Kindly suggest what to do now at the earliest
