I booked my ticket sleeper class through IRCTC on 26th july 2011 using sbi associate. The transaction failed but Rs 564 /-was deducted from my sbi account and has not been refunded.

On 9th aug 2012 I booked my sl ticket for tatkal from Bangalore to Gulbarga dated 10th aug for Basava Express mail through irctc site. I made the payment by Citibank by debit card, the money has been deducted on that occasion but ticket was not generated. I got an sms also from Citibank that transaction was successfully done. When I checked my failed transactions it was written that payment not done, actually payment is done.

Pls refund my amount rs 618/-. Thank you.

Can anyone help how to proceed now to get my amount back..and what is the complaint ID of irctc

My daughter has given Pre BSTC Exam-2011 but she not allotted desired college therefore I am waiting for long time for receive back counseling fee Rs.2000.00 from BSTC Government College, Ajmer (Rajasthan) that I have paid for my daughter at the time of registration for counseling (Pre BSTC Exam – 2011) on 20.07.2011 through ICICI Bank Challan.

This is the manner of BSTC Govt. College, Ajmer (Rajasthan) Office personnel that show how they behave when receive telephone calls and how much dedicated for their duty. When I dial BSTC Government College, Ajmer number 0145-2611946 and talk to BSTC Government College, Ajmer office personnel call receiver don’t like tell his/her name and sometime without say anything put the telephone receiver on table for hear their internal discuss and after few minutes disconnect the call. I have recorded calls with them and ready for provide to anyone.

I have sent an email with soft copy of challan as a proof of payment and for their office use but they don’t reply any email. They have their own website (www.bstc2011.com, http://www.bstc2011.org) and email address (bstcgca2011@gmail.com, bstcgca2011@rediffmail.com) then why not they check and reply emails? At the time apply for test six helpline numbers, email address was available on BSTC Govt. College, Ajmer website but now nothing available, when I asked about it on duty BSTC office person on phone he said “when we receive government order we add and remove these things when receive government order for remove”. I don’t know what is the truth but without any contact detail how can people contact to them.

Almost parents try for provide higher/technical education to their kids and if require borrow money on interest from others for fair & pay their fee and at the time receive money back all of this happened, but why and what is their mistake and how long it will be continue?

I have sent an email to BSTC Govt. College, Ajmer (Rajasthan) & many others at state level but no response from any side till date 14-6-2012

She also don’t want apply again in future for BSTC course. Looking no one sensitive for girl education.
