illegal

hi sir,
irctc is used as a illegal business with out licence, i had worked there for 3 months, he was taking huge amount of commission like this for sleeper 125/-, 3A/c 200/-,2A/c 250/- for 1A/c 300 they were charging, The address was begumpet, prakash nagar,beside icici bank, travels name was honey travels, it was in honey leisures gust house, please keep me as unknown, incharge was srinivas pappula

Refund not Received

Hi,
I Have booked a ticket from LOKMANYATILAK T(LTT) to LALITPUR(LAR) on date 6-10-2012 and date of journey was 28/11/2012.
I was not able to travel on this ticket so I files a TDR for Refund on 28-Nov-2012 and still I claim has not been settled.
I have already mailed to cco_gkp@claims.indianrail.gov.in for this issue on 15th Jan 2013 but still I see no progress.

Please have this claim settled asap.

Unauthorized transactions

Hi

I see the following 4 transactions in my credit card statement with the transaction IDs as below which I got from my credit card company ICICI

793156
665349
371122

I have not made any of these transactions, they don't show in my booking history on irctc as well

Can you please let me know what are the steps that we need to take to resolve these fraudulent transactions

Dispute charges

I see 4 transactions on my credit card statement with the following transaction IDs which I got from my credit card company ICICI

I haven't made any of these 4 transactions, they also don't appear in my booking history on the irctc website

No option to print old tickets

Hello Sir,

I need to get printouts of some old tickets so that i can show in my company to get the tax exemption under LTA. But when i am trying it in IRCTC site, i am not bale to do it. First of all tickets are not showing in the booked history. I have PNR no. for one ticket so when i am searching it with PNR no. i am getting that ticket but not able to print it.

Please help me in this.

Amount Has been Deducted but ticket not generated

Sir/Madam,

Today I,e. 06-12-2012 i have booked two tickets from Thirupati to Secunderabad for Padmavati Express with IRCTC login the Date of Journey on 07-12-2012 under Tatkal Quota .The Amount has been deducted from my Andhra Bank account and it showed The post Transaction amount Rs 775 deducted from your account. But the thing is i have not generated the Ticket. Even i checked in Booked History also but i didnt found any ticket in that. Please do the favour

NOT RESPONDIN

BOOKING OF TATKAL IS LIKE HELL A LOT OF SHIT . THE SITE WONT RESPOND PROPERLY AFTER AL THE PROCEDURE TRANSACTION WILL BE CANCLLED .HOPE THIS IRCTC SITE ALSO SHOULD RUN LIKE FACEBOOK WITH OUT NY HANGUP

ONLINE Availability

The government spends so much on the infrastructure and other things why can't it maintain the IRCTC site properly. The Railway Minister needs to provide the SLA and the availability of the services to the PUBLIC.
