No EMI Till Possession Is Fake Policy

hi all,
the following builder,KARRM INFRASTRUCTURE SHAHPUR has promised for no emi till possession.But,under this policy my emi gets deducted from my Account and builder used to issue me cheque monthly regarding the same when i used to show my Account Statement.But,recently my emi is getting deducted from my Account and am not being issued with any cheque for last 3 months.Also,no proper response is given by Managers who are sitting in builders office.Also,am having a legal letter of the same from the builder which clearly states the policy for "NO EMI TILL POSSESSION".i want all my dues cleared till date.This is my first step for resolving this problem.If builder leaves me with no option,i will have to resort to more stringent actions.False commitments and injustice will not be tolerated.

Hi All, Nikhil here.. I am new to this discussion..i saw the ad for this developer in Sunday Times yesterday...i also tried calling them on the HO number & they said that whatever queries we have would be solved or resolved by the PRO at the site. I heard about this name change of the developer from this site itself. I wasnt aware of this. So if the developer had changed the name as per what you people say ( i read through the comments above ) what difference or issues will it bring in? Will we actually have any issues or probelms? Yesterdays paper said that 1RK flats are being sold out for Rs. 6, 71, 400/- something. I would ask about people who have actually booked in the flats there, have they received original receipts and have they faced any kind of issues for the same.

Forget about the name change and all do we expect appreciation in near by years because now the transport system is not at par to reside there
nor do i see in near 2 to 3 years the would be any development in near by areas
what scope of development you see in coming future

First thing is you need to take a decision, whether you want to invest in this project or not.

Once, that is done... after paying your initial amount of 10% you will get to know all the details of the same.

Now they have already started registration against the booking made by individuals, you get your flat registered on yr name and apply to any bank of your choice.... they will provide you the necessary docs reqd for getting your loan sanctioned.

If you are interested in their offer i.e. NO EMI till possesion... than after registration, you can submit those docs to them for getting your loan financed by Bank of Maharasthra, GIC or Dewan housing.

This project is approved by the above banks.

Still if you feel insecure, just leave it and go for an another project at nearby area. Shankheswar nagar is available @ 2251/- which is around 2 km away from Asangaon stn.

I hv already booked a flat at Karrm Residency - Shahapur. Dont believe in rumours.. as big projects are always targeted by other competitors.

Please give the proof to verify that this is very legal and no doubt about the builder you are saying that you get the approval form bank of maharashra please show the proof regarding that
The marker lot of romour is spread thats why people are worry about the investing in that properties Please get the people believe in you

i have visited the site its good but as per the commitment of the builder they will hand over the flat within 2 year can we get any type of agreement regarding that and if we apply loan for that flat can we get any type of agreement that till the flat is hand over to us there will not any interest to us every thing will paid by the builder itself ...

They should have informed every customers individually...

We feel that, they might have restrained themselves from doing this, must be just to avoid panic in large nos as very few people must be aware of the situation.

They are already issuing revised receipts, you can be in touch with them at their Thane Head Office.

As far as work at site is concerned, they might start construction at site by Feb 2012.
Also process of registration and stamp duty payment will be from next month onwards.

I have booked 2BHK apartment in the above project and receipt was issued in name of Ekkta Residency. I sent emails to them to provide more updates but ith no response. If they have changed the names, isn't it necessary to inform the customers about change in name so that the customers are not worried and panic unnecessarily.

Can they issue the revised receipts to keep us updated and confirm their plans accordingly
