Dear All,
Sub: Complaining against KVB, Namakkal Branch for maltreated my grandma.
I am Mr.S.Vignesh, who is the grandson of Mrs.Bagyalakshmi (age 65). I took leave today (with loss of pay Rs.292) to help my grandma to withdraw cash Rs.10000. My grandma withdrawn Rs.10000 from counter 1. They gave 4*Rs2000 and 200*Rs10. We checked the Rs.10 note 2 bundle (200*Rs10). And we denoted that 18 number of Rs.10 notes were damaged (I enclosed proof). The security guard who was inside advised us to change the notes from the Counter No 4. There is a lady was sitting in the counter No.4. I informed her to change the damaged Rs.10 notes of 18. Just few minutes before, I found a lady changed her damaged notes at Counter No.4. But, after that, She interrogated me like suspect. She asked “Where you get it?”. I replied “Here”. She told “I won’t believe, show evidence”. I replied “How?”. She told me, “How much you withdrawn? Where is the remaining amount?” I replied “Rs.10000 withdrawn, remaining amount my grandma having, she sitting on the waiting hall”. She told me “Show me the remaining amount, then only I will give” (CCTV Camera is there, this also a proof). Dear honourable officials, please tell me, is this your rule? To exchange the Rs.10 notes, does require to show remaining amounts? My grandma felt a lot, she seen that I was tired because of I replying her. She came to me. See, she was 65 years old, and also suffered from some diseases. After considering this, I am also hurt. I showed the remaining rupees. She asked two more notes to give Rs.200. I gave. She saw the two notes, and questioned me “Have you any problem with these notes, then why you gave me”? I replied that “you only ask, okay, exchange the notes except these two”. She told me, “I can’t exchange these notes, you may have opportunity to change these rupees, get change out of here”. I replied that, “I had these notes from your banks, and these are too damaged, please, give other notes” She refused. Then, I go to Counter No.2 to deposit these Rs.200 to my grandma’s account. A man who wear spectacles, shouted a lot, and he warned me “This is last time, I never accept these notes. I replied “Actually, I got these notes from you”. He replied that, it was my problem. Oh! God! What happening actually? Is it bank or not? They are too rude. They don’t know how to treat the customers and old age people. My goodness, he didn’t scold me in front of my grandma. I had very bad day with Karur Vysya Bank, Namakkal. Surely, I will change all my accounts to another bank from KVB, Namakkal. My request is, we are not accused / Suspect. Actually, I am the son of Tamil Nadu Police Inspector. We are from good family. Respect the old age people. And finally, try to give undamaged notes. Otherwise, please exchange the damaged notes. Don’t make suffer grandmas. We are not cheap people. I request all the officials to teach the two people who are from Counter No.2 and Counter No.4 “How treat the Customers?”
My questions are,
Why the man who was in counter No.1, gave 2 bundle of Rs.10 notes instead of Easy to give a Rs.2000 note? We didn’t ask them any Rs.10 note bundle. Because, it’s easy to provide damaged notes to old age people. Are They never questioned??
Why the lady who was in Counter No.4, didn’t exchange these rupees?
Why the man who was in counter No.2, scolded and warned me?
Actually, what he wished to say?
Is KVB, Namakkal Branch Motto, spending damaged money to old age people?
Honourable officials, please, try to find answers to these questions.

Money loss through atm transaction

Dear
Sir,

I am an account holder(ac no.35194) of kvb of mumbai vashi
I made money transaction through bank of baroda atm center, near bihari masjid govandi Mumbai 400043, using kvb debit card,on 15 December 2015 19:42 withdrawal 10000/ but I am not received money.


So plz advice me what I do

I MR, Palaniappan proprietor of Solaiandavar enterprises having a current account in your bank at ambattur branch, Ac no 1280135000001250.

I would like you to bring in to notice that wrong debit in my bank account in the name of cheque retern charges,where the cheque has been returned due to CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM on 10.07.2015 cheque no423947 amount 9487 and cheque retern charges debited Rs114 . Hence i request you to look in to the matter and reverse the entry immediately and reply with in 15 days.

ATM complaints

On 31st December 2013, I went to HDFC ATM for withdrawing Rs. 10,000. I got a notice in ATM as your request was not processed successfull. Hence i took my KVB card from machine and i re did the same for withdrawl. Now it processed successful and i got my amount.But with in a minute i got sms from bank as Rs.20,000 was debited from my account. Immediately I check with mini statement. Its also stated 20000 was debited.But Until now i didnt get any sms/mail about my refund. If there is any problem in transaction means,its mandatory to inform the customer about the status of refund. But you did nothing. How could i get my funds back. Its Rs.10,000. Please understand our problem. We are residing in chennai. But our branch is in madurai. What should we do. Atleast you can check the transaction and reply with us the status.

Money lose through ATM transaction

Money lose through ATM Transaction.

I am a account holder A/C NO 1185166000000018 of KVB Bank Ramanthapuram.

I made a money transaction through HDFC Atm centre thanjavur using KVB Debit card on 11 th july 2011 09.48 am I tried to withdraw RS 10000/- but i cant get money . Then i tried in SBI ATM Thanjavur there i found there is no as much of balance why because at the time of tried to take money in HDFC ATM My money Rs 10000/- Wrongly debited in my account without taking money from HDFC ATM . For this i have made complaint (ATM claim Forms) in KVB Bank Thanjavur. So please i need your quick process

Money lose through ATM transaction

Dear Sir,

I am an A/c holder(A/C No. 1446166000010174 of KVB Bank, S. R. Nagar.

I made a money transaction through HDFC ATM centre, DLF IT PARK BRANCH Chennai, using KVB Debit Card, on 06 th May. 2011. 16:49 I withdrawed Rs. 10000/-.Since the system got stucked, the cash not dispensed in the ATM but I was billed for the amount. As KVB customer care says, I filed a complaint to the nearest KVB Bank,that is, Adyar Branch, in After that, I provided all the details.

So please advise me what is the further process.
