Hi,

I bought LG washing machine around 3 year back and usage was very low. Now i see the board gone bad and need to replace. firstly, it was loos for me to invest 2000+ on that as i didn't not use much. i expect some minimum life for every product, but LG cannot guarantee it seems.

After all, i am ready to pay that and asked them to replace. They registered complaint and its now more a month and no response.When called to customer care, got to know the complaint was cancelled without intimation. And there is no way to escalate.Customer has to bear all the nonsense from CUTOMER CARE CENTER.

just iam feeling sad and sorry to say that your response is shame on your part. within 2 months . my new lg 55 inch lw5700 is got a problem where only audio is available with complete no video . i made a complaint, id is RNA 120830095305. It is made alost 3 weeks back and still waiting for our executive . nothing is good here. im from guntur where your showroom is located in don bosco premises . make a nice feed back with your service . you are just concentrating on sales i think so . i need a severe response to my complaint where my warranty is still 10 months .

we brought freeze side by side 586 litrs bt frm starting your people not giving good sevice. nw its giving trouble by making noise n all ice choked up in freezer side. we want u to rectify the problem as soon as possible. our dealer is kohinoor dadar.purchase on 21.02.2012

I bought LG P500 eight months back and because of some problem it had to be repaired. They took my mobile and said that the parts will have to be changed. Now its more than two weeks and they are not willing to repair it. They are non-responsive. This service center is worst ever. No wonder Lg is not a hit in INDIA. Lg needs to do something about the lazy bunch of guys working there.

I am very sorry to write this feedback. This is regarding the washing machine i bought of LG. I have logged this complaint on 1st december. Even after considering 1st as an holiday, My machine is still not fixed. The Service center 9867266084 , the person Sameer, he is never actively gives any input no fix schedules nothing. After an hour of attempt to call the number, which is mostly busy. Once i get through unless i ask about the status , he would never tell me. He is good in talking i would suggest him to be proactive in letting me know the status. Plus comming back to complaint. My machine is broken since 1st december and today is 5th, they are still far away from fixing it. the technicians are never on there promised time, they dont even let us know if they will come late, Does LG expect the customer to sit at home just waiting for the technicians ?

lastly I have faith in LG and will appreciate if someone looks into this.

We have taken above model Air conditioning vide bill 567/dt5-6-2009 and 586/date 17-7-2009 but the service is very poor from your dealer. So please send your senior technician to check the problem of Air conditioner.


The problem is no proper fixing of drain pipe even though they have collected additional charges
For fixing the drain pipe (Copper pipe with foam cord wire)

The poor service from the above firm. So please take necessary action.



So please send the experience person as early as possible to ratify the problem.

I had purchased a split ac on dated 04-03-2010 .My last service was done in the month of march but from march 2010 march to 2011 two times gas has been leaked. I have not used AC from September to April.When i started AC on 25-04-2011 i found no cooling.I complained to customer care no body was ready to hear me .Installation of AC was done by your company.by mistake of your employ i am facing so much problem .I therefore request to you that kindly solve this problem as soon as possible
