Nr No. in my bank account show NR 2151013520304 IGF 3321074 Transfered to acct no.30978351216. it was failed booking.
So many copmplait 30210020645/ 1302005 024556 also mailed to Mr. Amit aroar , also sent all the details with bank pdf statement to Amit as well as regd AD.
Till to day no refund as well as no reply at all. when spoke om telephone they tell me your NR and mobile No. is not matching.

My mob no. 9762308064. I had booked this tkt 4 times with same moble no. all the time booking failed. Other Nr are2151013518308 10.01.2013//2151013520448//2151413525988 You can check all this information.
If your system fail why shell we suffer?

It very very bad service . Even your people do not reply.

I had book 4 tickets to bhopal via make my trip, however it is not getting updated. i placed a complaint on their website but they cannot be reached. the booking is for 23 dec 2012 and was booked on 31st oct. the pnr umber is not getting updated for the past 15 days. what is this. the pnr should get updated. the worst part is we cannot reach this make my trip people.booking id number is nr2151313075572.

I have booked my trip through make my trip though call center. MMT lack communication in many aspects. One should not book online or though call center. The trip should be booked on counter or MMT office. The hotels in thailand ask deposits around 2000 to 3000 baht. No one informed us before trip. Gems gallery is waste of time should not be included in package. Kesari is little expensive but better than MMT

Dear sir,
I booked a ticket on june9 from bangalore to madurai and this is the booking id IN1106B10356.

I didn't receive any eticket but the amount 11020 was deducted from my account.

I checked with bank and these are the details provided by bank
Merchnat payment voucher number 5601194665131106
Trace number 000079831.

I have called more than 15 times till no response from them. This is the sample mail I get from them but noone calls back.

Please kindly let me know how i can get money refund from them

i booked ticket on 19 Oct 2012 but due to some technical error ihave not received any confirmed status from company so i raised complaint to c care and they have given Reference ID 121020-016628 saying that amount will refund in 72 Hrs already its more than that still no response from them

Sir,
I had booked airline ticket for my maid from Kuwait to Chennai in Indian Airways through my Credit card on 20.8.2011 .The money was debited from my credit card and I received ticket 3 hours after flight departure.I called their customer care and spond about Rs.2000 and I have mailed them but till then I didnt get my money back.Please help me to get my money back.
