Hi Sir,

We have a flat on third floor in east patel nagar and it has been sealed for years due to excessive coverage. Now we have demolished the excessive portion but still the floor is sealed as according to mcd laws, the whole building has to be regularised, though the other floor owners are living without any hassle.
My question to you is when the law of floor wise regularization will be passed as thousand of people in delhi are facing this issue just because of this law.

please desealed my first floor my family very harassed
after sealing. This is a prayer from the owners of the first Floor of the building c-20, hastsal vihar uttam nagar , New Delhi -
110059.
Sir our properties have been sealed because of the alleged unauthorized
construction. We not got notice from the MCD a plot only 32 yards The reason for this was stated that the
building are illegal and unauthorised and so the building was sealed on 16-
01-2013.
Now comes the interesting part sir. The illegal our whole hastsal vihar unauthorised an all floors made without map pass by mcd
the third floor not sealed. They are still open
and are running a paying guest. and ground floor not sealed
becuase this gentleman pradhan of area. Please
help us sir. We plead to you to get our property de-sealed as we are
ready to abide by the MPD 2021 and if we have any compoundable fee to
be paid to MCD we will pay that too.
Sir we are law abiding citizens of this country and expect you to take
corrective measures.
I would like to raise a questions :
1. If the building was sealed under unauthrised construction please sealed all unauthorised colony not only my first floor

It is becoming a very embarrassing problem for all of the resident living in these home and the whole area has been converted to a foul smelling dumping area.
Residents Complaint and Call to area Counciller, so many times, his office bearer told us that your complaint has been given to department, who is responsible for cleanleness of sewer but no body has come for cleanliness of sever.
I therefore request you to please take an immediate attention as the situation is really getting worse. Local authorities are not helping in this regard.
You are requested please to look into this matter and issue the instruction for concerned official for the cleanliness of sewer.

Overflowing of Sewer daily at 7.00a.m. near 26/6 to 26/1and 22/78 22/80 at West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-8

For the last six year I am noticing the same thing that at early moning 6.45 to 7.30 there will be overflow of sewer in the main road near 26/1 to 26/8 and 22/78 at West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-8 . Ther will tollet water will be there in the road. Nobody taking care. School children are facing problem.

This is to bring to your kind notice that the sewar line from in from Stree from 23 to 31 of Bharat Vihar, Rajapuri is blocked for which House No.B/79 to B/104 of Street No 23, Bharat Vihar, Rajapuri, Post Uttam Nagar is overflowing and the water from the sewar is over - flowing into few houses also. The same is happening for the past 10 days. It has been brought to the notice of the concerned local authorities but nothing is being done as yet. We almost give a daily reminder to the authorities but in no vain. The same is causing hazards to the health of the people of colony especially those who are living in the effected area. it is also submitted that the MCD water is coming to residences is mixed with sever water for which bad smell in water. People may suffer from water born deseases.
