NOT GET UPC CODE

I am to inform that my name is Chanchal Kumar Saha, my mobile no. 9434105586, now in MTS operator , I like to change operator due to network & other issue , I sent port out sms "PORT 9434105586 to 1900 on 03/01/2013 ,charges deducted accordingly, later on, not get UPC code. I lodged complaints twice (Complain no :C13-50582629) 03/04/2013 at 18:09:05 PM & (Complain no :C13-50658310) 03/09/2013 at 15:26:14 resolve date given 03/12/2013 12:00:00 PM, on complain conversation customer care apololize for their technical fault and nothing solved yet.

I am inform that my name is Dipankar Ghosal my mobile no 9564280399 now in MTS operator , I change operator due to network & other issue , I am send port out sms PORT 9564280399 send 1900 massage sent ( Date 02/26/2013 ) not delivered massage , Massage charge applicable Rs 1 + Rs 1 & not get UPC code. I am launch complain 02/26/2013 09:36:59 PM & sloved date 02/28/2013 12:00:00 PM . Complain no :C13-50507365 (date 26-02-13 ) .



I am send again port out sms PORT 9564280399 send 1900 massage send ( Date 03/01/2013 TIME 4.57 Pm)not delivered massage , Massage charge applicable Rs 1 + Rs 1 & not get UPC code.

At a time my problem not sloved .

documents but after 2or 3 days data card was blocked.I have lodged
complaint with MTS customer care but still no solution from customer
