Very poor service Network

I have purchased MTS MBLAZE with wi fi dongle & from the day one i am very much disappointed with services & network after many reminders to sales & service department nobody has time to attend the complaint.Please dont buy ..Photon is best of the best.
Going consumer act soon if i have recived any out standing bill

MTS SMART PHONE

I purchased a MTS smart mobile phone bearing model No. ZTE N799D BLAZE4.0, on 27.04.2014 and later on the touch of the mobile phone is not working properly after some time (its a very short period for a new phone) on today i.e. 19.08.2014, I went to the service center at R-51, (first floor) Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Shakar Pur, Delhi-110092, and I just showed the problem in the mobile phone, the dealing assistant rudely replied me that submit your phone to us and get it after 25-30 days. When I requested him to atleast check it what is the problem, he denied and replied that come after 40-45 days to get it back. Its your choice to

You are requested to look into the matter and take appropriate steps to rectify the problem or replace the mobile phone at the earliest.

wrong notice fom mts

I got a message to remit the money for outstanding on MTS MDN 9142984346 for Rs.2163 tomorrow. from YL- MTSSER .Actualy i don't know about the connection .I don't have get any device like that .yesterday a notice from a advocate saying clear the outstanding amount or face the legal steps .in that letter advocate representing for MTS .THE COMPANY HAVE VERIFY WHETHER THE CONNECTION IS ACTIVE .Without the instrument how can open a account.I had connection 3 months back that time one of the sale man from MTS say to me provide wi-fiy connection . for that he take my id copy .after that i didn't get any service form him. give me a proper reply and withdraw the notice sent by advocate within 7 days

no reply against request for CHECK MY PHONE NUMBER, CHECK MY BALANCE options of MTS settings in start up window.

MTS Data Card not giving information about data uses

you are selling your product to your customers not for yourself I am not concerned if the things are working in your circumstances this is now a month and your system have not resolved my problem. Please follow the below mentioned steps only for ZTE Data Card. If you have Huawei Data Card, this would still take another 5-7 working days for resolution to be updated on website in similar way:



Only for ZTE - Open the websites http://www.mtsindia.in/mblaze/index.html --> Click on Download latest software (left side down) --> Small window gets opened--> Click on ZTE Update Nov 2012 --> Save the tools in your desktop and run the tools as per the instruction given in the tool.



NOTE : ONCE THE TOOL WILL BE SAVED ON DESKTOP, THE DEVICE SHOULD BE INSERTED IN THE LAPTOP BUT SHOULD NOT BE CONNECTED & THE DIALER SHOULD BE CLOSED WHILE RUNNING THE TOOL.

Hi,
I am using MTS Data card my no is 8459296816 for last few week I am facing problem when ever I connected to internet a popup message appears "there is no more room on the device for new text messages, you can't receive new messages, please clear the message in time" for the same I contact MTS customer care.
1. they ask me to go the nearest MTS out let
2. when i went there they told me to contact MTS customer care They will delete messages from the server.
3. when again contacted to MTS customer care they told me to uninstall the data card software and re-install it, I did it but my problem is not resolved.
4. again i contact MTS customer care they told download zte updated software from MTS site.
5. I download it but the file is zip format and currepted.

so who ever is concerned please resolve my problem ASAP.

Wrong commitement by company

hi all

I am surprised how the company like MTS mblaze with so much media hipe and million of investment on advertising can still survive in the market by giving wrong commitement to customer.

i recntly purchased their flasgship MTS Mblaze data card for 1800 rs for 3 months with data downloading of 5 gb each month and i was promissed that it would work with a speed upto 3.1 mbps.Not with much surprise i was under the impression that even if it is working with 2 mbps speed it would be more than enough.guess what ? the actual crap data card is only giving sped not more than 256 kbps even if i am using it in the night.being a computer expert and working in the same field since last 6 years i know about the health of my computer and everything seems to be fine with it
now when i contact their tech support(ha ha ha ha ),those people seems to be like a parrot immitating

Poor Service and No support

MTS is a Fraud Company... I recharged my account for Rs.999. They took my money instantly & till now i have not got my account recharged... When i tried to contact customer support, i got a worst & a weird response from them.They clearly told me its not their problem, if i have paid them online through their own official website. I spoke to two different supervisors named " ANKIT " & " YADAV ", they are least bothered about our concern.

Poor Service and No support

hi...

i have brought a mts data card and used for 3months and afer that it was not regnazing to the pc's and i have registerd the compliant but there was no service from their side simply the customer service executive will attend the call and ask apologize for the mistake they have did and they will promise to rectify it by one week but they didn't...so better dont go for this product which is not service supported...

its my kind advice to all the peopels who is searching for the usb datacard...

Poor Service and No support

The MTS company is cheap... customer care number keeps us listening to music for 25 minutes(literally) before call gets connected... They claim 3.1 mbps speed but the speed is 300 kbps ...The disconnection rate is quite frequent 5 times per hour...

Poor Service and No support

I purchase and MTS connection on 22nd Aug. General activation time for the product is 90 minutes. It took 5 hrs. I have no issues with this as it may some time take time to process. Now after it got activated, I tried to connect to the internet and I found it was running slower than an dialup connection. I had purchased a unlimited plan (Fair usage policy applied). According to the plan I should be getting a speed up to 3.1 Mbps. for the first 15 GB and the next 15Gb at a speed of 144kpbs CDMA 1X standard. But the speed i was getting was 20kbps. to 40 kbps. However the signal strength was full (4 bars) I called up the tech support. It ask to chose Hindi or English. I selected English, so all the IVR communication was in English but I landed in a queue where the representative was speaking Hindi, that’s not an issue though. Next I had already punched my Number on the IVR the representative asked the number again and ignored any hearing. They did 2 trouble shooting steps, 1) download a latest software from there site for windows 7 which I did and restart the computer. I did the same no change, 2) they asked me to change the setting from hybrid to broad band. It did not work either. They registered a complaint and said I will get an call from there back end team within 10 working hours. I didn’t receive any call from them so I called them back on 24th Aug. The representative didn’t bother to listen rather asked my telephone number again, I provided them with this they asked what’s the issue. I said I have registered a complaint They said "there is an critical issue in your area and people are working on it". I said them when I registered the complain I was in Gurgaon and now I am in Delhi I face the same issue so is it an all India issue. They said no and some will call me by 25th as 24th was an holiday so the issue may not have been fixed. I agreed. I did not receive any call or my issue was not fixed on 25th 8 pm I called back asked for there supervisor , response supervisor not available no one except a senior analyst, He explained that nether he can guarantee nor send an email confirmation but the issue will be fixed by 26th or at least a call from the backend team, They cant forward the call to the backend team as they work till 6pm.I waited and called them back on 26th 3:30 pm explained all the details again to the calling agent, he said I will get an call within an hr. Which I did not get I called them back at 5pm asked for there supervisor. He said I will receive an mail within 30 min from the management that the issue will be fixed by 27th. I did not receive any mail till 8pm I called back the agent refused to give to an supervisor, pretended he cant hear me where I was able to hear sounds in background
"call ghuma diya" .Then he disconnected. I called again the agent said I will receive the mail and a call by 27th. I also asked them the return policy they said unless I get a call from the back end they will not say that. Its 2pm and not received any call or mail from the company. I am amazed by the response of a company which claims to be one of the best in the country and the CEO grabbed some award too.. This irresponsible behaviour of the company hampered my work , my time, and added cost to my telephone bill . Each conversation was around 40 to 60 min and each time I performed the same steps with no remarks entered on there log. as the agent was not able to communicate any thing i said in my previous call.
