No signal

I am a customer of Ortel cable tv and my mambarsip number is 00282267.I am not satisfied with the service.The signal goes of frequently.This time it has been since last wednas day that is from 19.08.15 the signal is not coming at all.I allrady complane phone calls but there was no response .Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible otherwise I'll not be able to keep good relationship with the company.

no signal in setupbox.Poor service.

good afternoon sir,I m customer number 10321.(Dr. S.ku.Sen,Badambadi,cuttack-12).i had taken a second line of same customer id of phase B.After repeatedly complaining about the problem of no signal & some kind of problem in the setupbox,still yhen no tecnician had neither arrived at our place.I had heard good things about this company's service.But it always seem that coin has two different faces.I m very much tired of repeatedly nagering and complaining about same problem .Please look into this matter or else i will force to lodge a complaint in Customer Care forum or National forum.Yours Company respect resides in ur hand now.....

No SIGNAL IN THE SET UP BOX

I am a customer of Ortel cable tv and my consumer number is 839231.I am not satisfied with the service.The signal goes of frequently.This time it has been since last Thursday that is from 23.07.15 the signal is not coming at all. IThad made repeated phone calls but there was no response .Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible otherwise I'll not be able to keep good relationship with the company.

NO SIGNAL IN THE SET UP BOX

I AM PRAVATI RATH & MY CUSTOMER ID IS 870235. SINCE LAST THREE DAYS I AM GIVING COMPLAINTS REGARDING NO SIGNAL IN MY SET UP BOX AS A RESULT OF WHICH WE ARE NOT BEING ABLE TO WATCH TV.

SINCE NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED DESPITE OF REPEATED TELEPHONIC COMPLAINTS I AM HEREBY REGISTERING MY COMPLAINT.

HOPE THE PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED SOON.

No signal of my setup box

My customer ID is 866870 since 15 day's i have not seen TV due to your setup box no signal problem i complaint to your customer care but they are not responding and repair what i do can i take a legal action on ortel communication? please short out the problem

not in proper way for cable wire

My Customer ID-677559,I has been suffering not in proper way for cable wire , I was followed by 4 in 5 days in service provider mobile no:7504105059 and has paid 50/-,he has not get solution ASAP.

bill correction

customer id no. 949771. I paid Rs.422.53/- towards net bill charges for the month of march & april 2015. through the bill no-0011504024842 through online.After paid my bill i was contact ur customer care my bill is clear or not. ur customer care was informed me my bill is cleared and i use net my mb.No extra downlodein the month of april, but my bill is Rs.450/- for the month of may bill instead of Rs.225/-. In this connection I contact with your customer care over phone but they have no knowledge about ortelnet term and condition. They can not solve my problem. So i request you to please correction my bill & send my new bill me for online paid and without face any problem. Other wise i will take legally action against you.

Bill Corection

customer id no. 859485. I paid Rs.225/- towards net bill charges for the month of December 2014. through the bill no-760837 in ctc. office counter. I use net 299 mb. in the month of january, but my bill was Rs.450/- for the month of january bill instead of Rs.225/-. In this connection I meet in ctc office and contact with your bbsr customer care over phone but they have no knowledge about ortelnet term and condition. They can not solve my problem. For which I paid Rs.450/- through net on 12.02.2015. So i request you to please adjust my excess amount in the next month bill other wise i will take legally action against you.

Slow Connection Speed

It is around 5 times that i am having same complaint.
Previously i left ortel because of this reason.
It was around more than 1 moth of connection problem so i left.
Again same problem.
I am having bandwidth of 768kbps but download speed is 30kbps(max)

No Signal for internet

Actually its for 2-3 days internet is not coming. I can't understand what's the problem. Another thing is not for now previously 2-3 days internet not working this month. i have urgent work, because of your worst service i can't do it.

So i want suggestion whether I change the Ortel to another.

I am customer of ortel digital tv service from bhubaneswar bearing ID No. 00643969. Ortel is not working from last two months. I dont understand what is going on with the ortel communication they are playing with us. In view of repairing they are playing game with us. They are closing the complain without taking any action. We request you to take necessary action regarding the issue.

NO CONNECTION

I am John Gilbert(customer id - no.1045784) a customer of your of your esteem org.but sorry to say that again again(last 3-4 months) im getting very bad service from ortel. last time given a complaint on August 13, 2014 but no service has been provide yet, i complained many times your customer care department...but im facing same problem...no one responding,if any one responding he/she just saying we will revrt u soon.....Hope u understand my problem...PLS DO THE NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHERWISE U WILL BE LOSING MINIMUM 10-15 CUSTOMMERS. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO CHANGE PROVIDERS.

Proper connection not available since 8 days

There is some signal since a few days. None of the channels are clear. Most of the entertainment channels are not available. Please take some action and correct this problem. It is causing a lot of inconvenience when the bill is being paid from time to time.

ORTEL TV CHANNELS DISCONNECTED

ORTEL DIGITAL SET UP BOX INSTALLED ON 25-SEP-2014, after 2nd Aug 2014 TV disconnected & nobody listen the complain after more than 20 calls. Complain registered repeatedly & after 1 day complains are closed without attained. Ortel is creating a bad situation for disconnect the connection immediately. Request you please disconnect my ORTEL connection & return your digital SET UP box by returning the deposit money. ITS very horrible condition by paying Avg 270 rupees without connection of 15days.

alleged billing after closure

the service of ortel TV was out of order since last week of May,2014 when the cable was snapped due to some unknown reason, may be by movement of some truck plying over there . Since then there is no signal or any service provided by ORTEL TV , which can be seen from your record,my consumer no.was 01000016,
But to my utter surprise the bills are raised on every month since then .
It is requested to please revise your record to close the service as there is no signal since Last week of May 2014.
This was intimated to customer care immediately on first week of June 2014.
I am ready to pay Rs.325 for the month of May ,14 kindly adjust so that the setup box can be deposited,
also treat this as out of service since May,14.
Kindly close the service.
