I the undersigned residing at 394/1, 7th Block, Ist 'B' Cross, Koramangala, Bangalore 560095.


The underground electrical cable of our residence has been damaged by a PWD contractor named Santosh on July 13th 2012 at around 1 PM while laying the footpath stone in front of our house. The underground electric cable is currently damaged and needs to be replaced completely by the PWD contractor Santosh. The PWD contractor Santosh is not willing to replace the damaged electric cable and is not responding to our phone calls now. Kindly look into this matter with priority as the underground cable is lying open and causing danger for the people residing in our house and also for the workers who are laying the footpath.

Please kindly inform your PWD contractor Santosh to replace the damaged underground electric cable immediately.
